IWT or Interval Walking Training (or Japanese 3x3 walking) is something that’s taking the fitness world by storm, and with good reason! It provides a framework for getting the most out of interval training while walking, one of our most essential, enjoyable and beneficial modes of movement. Many have praised it for its heart health benefits, for weight management, and for improved moods.

Today, we add on another benefit – robust brain health! We do this by layering fun and engaging cognitive challenges onto an interval walk, and I’m with you the whole way. We’re serving up healthy bodies and brains today, all in under 45 minutes! Join me!

(NOTE: There’s no mid-episode beep today – you’ll see why!  A special thank you to Emily Prokop, WWW Editor, for making this episode possible!)
