Who's Missing?

Who's Missing?

As a mental health clinician and CEO of a leadership development organization, The Collective Academy, host Emily Drake is lucky enough to spend her days getting to know others. She believes we can learn something from everyone. You might say it’s her mission. In fact, she once calculated how many lifetimes it would take to talk to every person on Earth for five minutes. And while she doesn’t have 5,600 shots at living, she does have one - and with that one, Emily is determined to listen to as many people as she can. On Who’s Missing?, we focus on answering that question - from your dinner table, boardroom, group of friends . . . who’s missing? In each episode, Emily and her guests dig into the parts of life that are important, but easy to ignore, inspiring you through connection and reflection with fellow humans you haven’t yet had the chance to meet.
