167 | How My Reiki Attunement Weekend Unlocked Magic, Healing, Creativity & Self-Trust

Have you ever wondered what really happens during a Reiki attunement? In this solo episode, I’m sharing my honest, unfiltered experience from my Reiki I & II attunement weekend—a journey that unlocked new layers of magic, healing, creativity, and self-trust that I never could have anticipated.

From the moment I arrived, I realized this wasn’t just about learning a modality—it was an invitation into deeper connection with myself. What unfolded included everything from channeling unexpected poetry during meditation, to experiencing profound energetic shifts, to even hearing my baby’s name spoken to me in a way that defies explanation. These moments cracked me open and reminded me of the limitless ways our gifts can come alive when we release control and stay open to possibility.

Throughout the weekend, I was confronted with the tender questions we all face on the path of growth: If I show the real me, will I still belong? Am I doing this “right”? What if my way doesn’t look like anyone else’s? Reiki offered me the chance to practice trusting myself in real time—and to discover that the most powerful thing we can do is embrace our unique way of experiencing and expressing energy, creativity, and truth.
