I started my hour workout by reading and walking on the treadmill. This fills my head with positivity, spirituality, and mental clarity. I've been reading The Mask of Masculinity by @lewishowes. He's an ex pro football player who has reinvented his life after a career ending injury. He willpowered on to be a successful author, podcaster, motivational speaker and so much more.

After my mental warm up, I warm up the body. I LOVE @coredeforce. It's a way to give up my ego for 30mins and just follow a program that's both cardio Crushing and escapism. I love the place Core De Force takes me.

Then, I dust off the old gloves and begin non stop Power Punching for 20 min over at @power_boxing_fitness I hit the bag as hard as I can. Trying to rip thru that bag I release so many natural hormones that my body needs to be strong and healthy long term. One of my biggest goals is to be 80 years old and RIPPED! What are some of your long term goals? How do you release your natural body functions? It's a great stress reliever I must mention. How do you relieve you stress?
