Do you find yourself constantly feeling like you’re not doing enough?

As women, and especially as moms, we often find ourselves unintentionally competing with others to keep up with societal expectations. We can get stuck in a constant state of “am I enough?” or “should I be doing more?”

I am here to tell you, you are enough. You are doing amazing. You are killing it. What you want matters and you shouldn’t just get the leftovers. 

And it’s time to focus on you. Everyone needs to focus on self care, but that doesn’t mean that everyone needs the same self care. 

Today, Brianna Wilkerson and I are discussing ways for you to take care of yourself, so you can support your family in the best way. That may look different for you than it does for the person next to you, and that’s ok! 

Self care does not have to be massages and luxurious vacations. It can be whatever physical movement you can fit in your day. It can be focusing on fueling your body with foods that make you feel good. Self care is anything that helps you become the best you that you can be.
