He has also earned the prestigious CCIM and SIOR designations, which are recognized as the highest levels of expertise and professionalism in the field. He is based in Kennewick, Washington, where he is involved in various community and philanthropic initiatives. He is also a Gonzaga University alumni (BA & MBA) and a former Investment Banker and Corporate Financer in Chicago where he started his career.
