Dear friends, this week we go deeper in the exploration of a state of non-resistance.  Every day we go through a myriad of feelings, from feeling helplessness all the way to feeling joy. Because we are in this 3D reality and using our ego mind, we are struggling to see all that we really are, we have limitations to see our own beauty and our own light. And if we can't see our own beauty clearly, then of course we have the same difficulty seeing beauty outside of us, somewhere else, because we can't give what we don't have.

The ultimate purpose of life on this plane is to move toward BEING, which, when we think about it, really means transcending the demands of our ego and all the stories of "I have to do, I have to achieve, I have to pursue, this and this and this" in order to have some value, in order to survive, in order to be comfortable, in order to be happy. Many of us are partially aware of this, but we continue to live between worlds, where we know that we are more than what this material reality suggests, but at the same time we need to do in order to feel fulfilled, to get ahead, to be successful. So, what is the relationship between doing, being and nonresistance? Sit back, relax, and join us as we go deeper into exploring the state of nonresistance.
