Welcome to episode 10 of You! Are It
Episode 10
September 20, 2024.
Dear friends, have you ever wondered how to go about navigating duality to support your growth and expansion when you often find yourselves in emotional states that drain your life-giving energy, such as when you feel anger, fear, resentment, pride, depression and the like because of your conditioning, upbringing, culture and beliefs?
From past episodes we know that awareness of where we are emotionally and the discovery of subconscious limiting beliefs allows us to grow in awareness and once we see the baseless nature, the absurdity of beliefs that limit our perception, we are empowered to release them and move into higher states of being, but how does this work? This is the topic we explore in today's episode.
