Dear friends, today we explore the states of being as explained by the Map of Consciousness created by Dr. David Hawkins. The Map of Consciousness is a great tool that can help our spiritual expansion. The purpose is to provide clarity on the spectrum of our human condition and to support our transformation and attainment of higher levels of consciousness where we embody what we truly are: Love and Light. 

For this episode, we will focus on the emotions and states below 200, which are energy draining. . But remember, all of these levels have a purpose in supporting your expansion. Dark nights serve to help you appreciate the brightness of the morning. Move beyond the condemnation of one level or another. Remember, this whole process is a process of becoming more aware, you can only change what you accept or recognize as real. Can we move beyond preferences and become observers of the emotions that dominate our lives? This is the invitation we would like to extend to you today.
