Dear friends, today we are taking a ride to see the profound fact that we are making choices and decisions all the time, sometimes they look big and sometimes they look small, sometimes they are classified as material activities and sometimes they are classified as spiritual practices, but in reality they are always spiritual choices and actions. Yes, even when you are sitting down to watch television or when you are at your job trying to make some money. At all times, you, a spiritual being who happens to be wearing a body and playing some roles in the world at that moment, are made of that which is eternal, and everything you do affects that which is you, the eternal being. When you study, play, write, dance, cook, or sleep, you are engaged in spiritual practice through various expressions of you, the Eternal Being.

Indeed, every action is an action that you are doing on your spiritual path, regardless of the action itself. Yes, it is not because of the action but because of you. You are a spiritual being and everything you do has a spiritual connotation and effect. You may want to compartmentalize your actions and sort them by visible material results, such as working to get money. However, staying aware that everything is an aspect of our spiritual journey serves all of us in leaps and bounds.
