When we think about diligence, we often think of perfection and never making mistakes. But diligence doesn't mean perfection. It's not about not making mistakes, we are human that's bound to happen but it is about the actions to take when a mistake is made. Diligence is about being careful and persistent in your work or effort so that you don't leave anything to chance or let things slip through the cracks.
