the only one that's giving me eye contact. So soon
as I walk in, I kind of stop instead of
going right up and I placed my order. I stopped

so they going to back. Now it's just me and
this person right here. I'm thinking, I can't hear anything
(01:34):

they realized that there was a customer and they should
take this in the back. That's not where it ended though.

can hear that. She's like I don't give up.

I've told the story before about going into the restaurant
and Chelsea and I ordered, and we got a couple
of you know things, you know, out from us, like
we had a little app and had some drinks, and
then all of a sudden, we never saw the person
that was working there anymore, and we're like, what's going on?
And we said to the waiter of another table, we go, hey,
is our you know server going to come back here?
And go, oh my god, oh geez, I feel bad?
(03:37):
She quit? Yes, in the middle of the thing quit
and didn't even by the way, didn't even say, hey,
somebody want to take over my think where the manager
didn't even do anything. So we sat there the whole time.
I want to meet these people like they do this.
I would have stood outside when she was walking out
and go tell me what's going on?

What's happening.
Speaker 6 (04:13):
Good morning. So I had an employee that I had
to fire because she would make advances at all the
female employees and say some real explicit stuff about her
sex life. And I got a call that all three
of our employees wanted to quit. So I had to
walk into a store with four girls standing right there,
and I had to look at her and tell her
(04:34):
the things that you say will never work around anywhere
in this company. As she looked at me and was like,
why it's normal, I'm a lesbian. I'm like, you can't
talk to these girls the way you are. I can't
say the words she told me, I can't say it. Well,
let's just say it has something to do with a hand.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Oh wow, okay, how many words U.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
I was going to say? I want to know.
Speaker 1 (05:01):
I want to know, uh, you know why you fired her?
I would keep her around just for entertainment purposes. Initial tea,
what's happening?
Speaker 4 (05:09):
Hi?
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Your voice disguise tea?
Speaker 4 (05:13):
Yes, I just don't want to lose my job.
Speaker 2 (05:15):
Okay, So what happened?
Speaker 5 (05:18):
So I actually just test.
Speaker 4 (05:21):
Looks Okay, So I see people losing.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
People lose their jobs because they failed the drug test. Yes,
and do you know right away that they failed the
drug test?
Speaker 6 (05:35):
Like?
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Is your drug test one of those ones that has
to go back to a lab? So it just sometimes
what kind of tests they require? Okay?
Speaker 7 (05:44):
Sometimes they're instant.
Speaker 6 (05:46):
Yeah, or they have to be set out.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
What do they do for work that they have to
take drug testing?
Speaker 7 (05:55):
Injuries?
Speaker 4 (05:56):
Injury, something, something about accidents. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
Oh okay, okay.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
So they work heavy because I was asking somebody the
other day, I'm like, do they still drug test? Anybody
who was, Oh, yeah, my company does all time. They
work with heavy machinery. It's like you can't be working
a fork left to be a stone. What's going on, Erica?
Speaker 3 (06:19):
Hey there?
Speaker 7 (06:20):
Yeah, I was actually fired in front of an entire restaurant.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Full of people.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Oh my god. What happened.
Speaker 7 (06:27):
Well back when I was in college and I was
working for the restaurant. It was a great, awesome restaurant,
authentic food, and they had come out and they said,
you need to vacuum the restaurant. So I couldn't completely
understand what they said, and in my head I thought
they meant welcome, so I don't know. I always follow directions.
(06:51):
I went around and I said welcome, Welcome to the restaurant,
Welcome to the restaurant, and they came out with a vacuum.
They had actually said vacuum, and I misunderstood and they
got so frustrated.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
And really, you're being nice to customers, welcoming them to
the restaurant. They must have maybe they thought that you
were on drugs that walking around doing that, But that
seems like that's a misunderstanding.
Speaker 7 (07:22):
Yeah, I started crying in the table that I was
leaving on. Gave me a giant tip.
Speaker 6 (07:30):
Yeah exactly, that's nice.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Yeah, I would feel weird if all of a sudden
somebody got fired right in front of me and they
were you know, a waitress or you know whatever.
Speaker 2 (07:40):
But yeah, that would that would kind of suck.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
Finds on my service though, What if your complaint led
to their firing, would you feel bad?
Speaker 5 (07:51):
No, not really, because it means that it wasn't the
first time.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
Somebody can play.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
Really, I would feel horrible, like I like, unless they
were just so rude or mean, you know, but if
it was just that they were just bad.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
And not a good server, like I would hate that
that they got. Nobody's getting fired off one complaint.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
Yeah, that's true. That is true, especially nowadays. It's hard
to find good people, so
