Us today after a horrible Lions lost last night on
Sunday Night football. Yeah, stayed up watching that crap.

Now I'm sleep deprived and passed, but that was a
tough loss. We'll have recaps on that. Plus we've got
a whole bunch of stuff to talk about today, a
lot of things from the week. I mentioned this when
I was going into a commercial break here on our
trade station. But we've got this week. So we've got

five shows this week, and then we've got a couple
shows next week. It's Thanksgiving next Thursday.

And sunny and not a cloud in the sky compared
to as soon as you land. You're like, why, I mean,
I love where we live, but you come back from
a beautiful, warm place in November and it's a little depressing.

I was looking at your your post that you put
up on your Social but also then you put a
post up on Mojo in the Morning Social cupcakes Chan
and Mojo in the morning, and I was looking at it, going,
oh my god. When it was sunny on Friday, we
had a great day. It was like sunny, but it
was cold. It was awesome. And then Saturday we had
this like warm temperature, but it felt colder because there

was no sun. And then yesterday we got some peaks
of sun, but you had sun the whole time.

It was perfect.

Yeah, it was perfect.

And I have to tell you if you're worried about traveling,
we had really easy travel. The airport was not busy
at all. No you know, cancelations or delays or anything
like that.

I saw this morning they say we're officially back to
normal or all the all the airlines they actually there's
also another story too. Did you know that some of
the airlines are going to get dinged by the FAA
because they never lowered their flights. So they actually said
they were going to but they never did. And now
they realize that there was a lot of shenanigans going on.
You went with a bunch of girls, but something interesting

about one particular person without Yeah, I.

Went with four of.

Speaker 10 (03:54):
My closest girlfriends, women who I know through our kids,
all being friends with each other, and we went down
to Marco Island, Florida, where one of my girlfriends her
family has a condo. So we were lucky. We didn't
have to pay for a hotel or anything, or an airbnb.
It was really nice, and so I shared a room
with my girlfriend Ashley, who actually she was the purpose

of the trip because she beat breast cancer.

Speaker 9 (04:20):
She was this year, so eighteen chemo treatments.

Speaker 10 (04:23):
And a mastectomy, and yeah, she she deserved to be celebrated.
So her and I room together and we snuggled in
a bed and the first night we were there, were
getting ready for bed and washing my face, brushing my teeth,
and she's getting into bed and she I'm noticing she's
pulling something out of her suitcase and I'm thinking, what
the heck is she doing? She pulls out dump truck

pillowcases and proceeds to put them on the pillows on
her side of the bed.

Speaker 9 (04:51):
And I said, what are you doing?

Speaker 10 (04:53):
And she said, there's a certain kind of fabric pillowcase
that she liked, and that's what she buys at home.
The only extras she had were ones from her boys,
so she grabbed them through them in her suitcase and
she puts them on pillows. Wherever she goes really hotel, Airbnb,

friends place.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Brings her own pillow case.

Speaker 10 (05:16):
He brings pillowcases to put on the pillows.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
Are theople Are there any people that bring their own?

Speaker 11 (05:23):
I know people who do that, he tells, because they
think that the hotel stuff is dirty.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
But she just likes the fabric she.

Speaker 10 (05:30):
Likes, which I get. By the way, I totally understand
where she's coming from. I've just never packed my own
pillow cases before.

Speaker 7 (05:36):
That seemed like a cute story at first, when I
was thinking to myself that she was going to miss
her kids.

Speaker 9 (05:41):
No, it had nothing to do with the kids.

Speaker 7 (05:43):
Then I'm thinking to myself, you're on a away from
kids trip.

Speaker 9 (05:47):
Oh no, I don't even think she thought about her kids. Yeah, well,
for three days.

Speaker 7 (05:51):
Yeah, No, you don't want to be thinking about your kids,
except for the dumb tuck truck pillowcase when you're laying
your head on the pillow after a bunch of espresso
Martini's so all right. So this is Anna brings up
a point about people that get worried about bed bugs
and things like that. To me, I'm always so funny
with going to bed and I don't. I think everything's

clean and I'll just deal with it later if it's not.
We have friend like Tim Richards. I think you guys
have met Tim. He goes in and he strips everything off, Yeah,
and he puts it all in the corner, and then
he gets all and then he brings his bags in
and once he strips everything off, and I'm like Tim,
if those bad bugs are there, they're hopping, They're in
the hallway, they're everywhere in.

They say at hotels, you're supposed to do that. You're
supposed to take off the comforter and the throw pillows
and just push them off to the side because they
don't clean those after every guess.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Wow, well I guess the sheets.

Speaker 9 (06:46):
Yeah, but the comforters, no, well, they has a blanket,
the blanket shiver.

Speaker 7 (06:52):
So yeah, I think because no, because it's the big one, right,
it's the big heavy one that's on top.

Which, by the way, they did a thing on ABC
one time where they had a guy with a black
light and you see sperm, sperm or big bugs, probably
sperm that I could clean myself from sperm.

I think you have to fumigate from bedbugs sperm.

Speaker 10 (07:16):
I can, at least it's like out a I don't
have to think about it. Out of side, out of mind,
bed bugs. They're following you home.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
I've slept in sperm before, and I'm fine that.

Speaker 10 (07:24):
I've also stated at a very nice hotel and remember
got bedbug bites.

Speaker 9 (07:28):
All over one side of my body.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
Listen, I've stayed in a very nice hotel.

Speaker 7 (07:31):
As I'm leaving the hotel and I'm looking under the
bed to make sure that something of mine, like a
soccer or whatever didn't fall underneath there, there were used
condoms underneath the bed. I was like, this is a
nice hotel. It's like a four or five star. Kim,
what do you do?

I also bring a set into locates.

of o's on deck for visitors at your home to
make them feel more comfortable.

I usually when I go to hotels vacations, I bring
my silk pillowcases because I have acne pron skins, so I.

Never use any at the hotel.

I always use my sig pillowcases.

Okay, all right? Do you pack that in your luggage
like your carry on luggage?

And that's I do sometimes I'll just buy one Amazon
and honestly just throw it away after just because you
never know what's at the hotel.

But yeah, I always bring a silk pilcase with me
everywhere I go.

I wonder if there are people that ever bring their
own bedding, like full on betting to a hotel and
put it on a hotel or an airbnb.

That's a little much for me, but.

I think you have to bring it, so then you
have to pack the dirty stuff in your suitcase and
bring it.

Yeah, I think so, right, Or in her case, she
said that she buys on Amazon, so she might just
leave it there right at medicine.

Yeah, sometimes I just put like I just throw it away.

They are like twelve dollars on Amazon.

It's really cheap.

Chelsea got a bad back, so there's like rarely a
good bed that she can sleep on. And we've stayed
at a hotel a couple of times in Chicago where
the bed was so good. She made me go to
the front desk and ask them, oh, what kind of
because she wanted that bed. She was like, this bed
was so amazing, And we were there for like a
couple of nights when we were visiting Jake, and it

was like this bed would.

Give her the best sleep.

It was awesome. And I believe that it's not the bed.
I believe it's your mindset of all Right, I'm here,
I'm relaxing, I'm having fun, you know what I mean?

Like, yeah, I don't know if it's clean. There's nothing
for me to pick up.

Speaker 7 (10:20):
Although I have stayed in hotels where the beds were atrocious.
Same they were like the absolute worst. Have you ever
been on vacation hotel Airbnb? More so hotel where somebody
has brought like one of those polls to put under
the door for like extra security.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
No, I you know what I think, misfit Victor told me.

Speaker 7 (10:40):
He Victor puts like some kind of an alarm system
and the door so if somebody walks in and alarm
goes off. Have you ever seen those things you put
by the door and if it moves. Yeah, but there
are people that get freaked out by that. You should
because people walk in your hotel room.

Look what happened to Lydio Bianca and I in Chicago
a couple of weekends ago.

Speaker 9 (10:58):
The guy came in and brought us a microwave in
the middle of the name.

Speaker 7 (11:00):
Yeah, he had a key card, though he was thinking,
you guys were freaky. What what three girls share a
room together and ask for a microwave?

Speaker 1 (11:08):
What are they wondering? What's going on in that room?
What's going on? Megan? How you doing good? How are
you good? My questions answered? Your friend explain what she does.

So no matter where she goes hotel friend's house, she
brings like four pillows of her own, a blanket, everything.

Oh my gosh, like the whole thing, like the yeah,
does she throw those in a checked bag because I
would guess that that's probably all going to be in there.

Yeah, And then like she has like a big duszel
bag that she brings, Like if she comes.

She's paying a lot of money, although the guy that's
lifting that bag to put it up on the plane
is probably like, this thing is light?

I'd pee my bad. I was a bed wetter that

promote her new book. Do you think that that impacts
the room that we've made for a woman to be president?

Well, as we saw in this past election, sadly, we
ain't ready. That's why I'm like, don't even look at
me about running, because you all are lying you're not
ready for a woman. You are not, So don't waste
my time. You know, we got a lot of growing
up to do. And there's still, I'm sadly a lot

of men who do not feel like they can be
led by a woman.

She's always said, by the way, she has no interest
in being the president, and she reiterated that at this event.

I think she gets elected, though, I really do. I
know she says that, but I think that she's She's
probably more electable than even Hillary Clinton or Kamala Harris. Yeah, yeah,
I really do. Do you don't think so people love
the I definitely think she's I don't know electable is
the right word.

But the two women, as you mentioned, I've served office
and she hasn't, so I'm interested.

The thing is they the two that are there, have
had too many negatives that were attached to them that
people won't vote for them. And I really do think
that Michelle Obama did a lot of great things as
first Lady, and I think that in a lot of cases,
a lot of people also look back at when her
husband was president and the times that were there. I
saw him at a Clippers game, I think this past weekend,

Shell she will will not be sharing the name of
her new baby boy with Stefan Diggs. She announced the
birth of the little guy on Thursday. She now has
four kids in including the three that she shares with

So I'm expecting her newborn baby boy will also have
a unique name. And she says even though she just
had a baby and she's going to be focused on
being a mom for the next couple of months. She
will be getting her mind and body right for her
upcoming Little Miss Drama tour. So still happening, and the
cause of death for Cleto Escabido, the third Jimmy Kimmel's

childhood friend and longtime bandleader on his late night talk show,
has been revealed. Remember, he was only fifty nine years
old when he died last week, but according to the
death certificate, the cause of death was cardiogenic shock. It
also listed several underlying causes, including other heart conditions, alcoholic
zirrhosis of the liver. He had sepsis, pneumonia, and chronic kidney.

A lot of his issues stemmed from probably alcoholism. When

I'm having a hard time getting excited for the holidays,
and I feel like it's been this way for like
the past maybe four years for me. I used to
love Christmas, so I'm a Christmas baby. I was born
four days before Christmas. Growing up, I was super excited
all the time. Love snow, love decorating the tree. Now
I'm older, I live by myself. I'm single, which I

think has a lot to do with it, and the
holidays just make me feel lonely and stressed out. So
going back to my parents' house, my sister has a
husband and kids, She's doing her thing with them. My
parents are together, and I just feel like I don't
have any Like, I don't have anyone.

Kids to like get excited about. I don't have a
person that I'm spending it with. When I go home,
all my aunts and uncles just want to ask me

guilty for not being excited about Is it tough.

that then I feel bad for my family because they're like,

He had a bit of a medical emergency that took
him into the hospital on Tuesday afternoon. He was supposed

goes By. He's still in the hospital getting no procedure done.
They kept kicking it down the road, and it was
really stressing me out because when you're in a place
that you don't know and you're not feeling well, that's terrifying.

dry cleaning the dry cleaner counter to avoid getting had.
