roses that we had as our wedding flowers, which Flint,
you were there, you were right up front. You will
remember they were white and what kind of white? What

(00:34):
kind of roses? And I did it? I always have
every time I have to find a wedding photo on Facebook.
Look at that.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
That was a GISs. Yeah, especially because the wedding photos
were black and.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
White, so white one because the bouquet that the bride
had was pink and white. As long as I got
a mix of pink and white. But anyway, I was
kind of.

Speaker 4 (01:27):

Speaker 4 (03:05):
I'm never gonna somebody commented on one of our videos
on TikTok this week is the hr in New Zealand.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
Yeah, I know, Jesus, how do you guys get away
saying this stuff?

Speaker 5 (03:13):
We're just saying it. No apologies.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Ah, so went we still haven't got there. That's good though.
We went to buy these flowers. The florists used to
just be the side of the road caravan thing, but
now they've got like a porta coom situation. I know
where you went, New Beautiful Yeah Cumu oh. I don't
even know the name of the place, but if you're
driving through Qumu, it's and you're hitting with it's on
the left hand side.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
But it's the place. It's not fast food.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
Takeaway Yeah, there's a couple of florest places, but that
one sort of stand alone in the middle of a boom.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
So I went in there and they had exactly the roses,
and I was waiting. There was another lady ordering, and ah,
I won't go into the details, but she'd been through
the fucking ringer. She had been through the lady in front,
had been through the getting.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Flowers just for she was literally getting flowers for herself. Good.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
She'd been through the rings. She was getting peonies. Oh
my god. They they're not a rose. Because I asked,
I got the question. They're not a rose. They are
a ball flower.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
They're like that.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
There's you pay twenty dollars for while tight and they
can't be growing in New Zealand, in New Zealand's North
Islands because they need a reliable frost. They come up
from a bowl and they won't flower unless there's a
reliable series of frosts. Okay, so they are sort after flows.
She's getting yourself some pionies.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
And but once they opened the god, they go quickly, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
You've got a they ball and then they you've got
to cherish them, cherish those ponies. So there were some
of those, and she was getting some of those and good,
as I said, she mean through the rings. So the
woman deserved more than flowers, in my opinion. But to
just be pisting and lingering and with flowers all around
the sides.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
There's just not.

Speaker 5 (05:03):
I didn't want to get wet.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
I don't want to get wet how long it was
going to be. So I was just like and then
and I was looking at the other flowers because I
love flowers, and uh, and so then I got to
my chin and the But the Irish lady running this
florist had that demeanor where this woman was telling her
about the bad stuff, and she was just that sort
of relaxing force presence. Presence has probably been the force

(05:25):
for but she was a force. It wasn't. She wasn't
passively like just taking it on the bott. She was
really like engaging with her and she knew what to say.
And the Irish accent, of course, it was one of
the I asked where she was from, killed Kenny in Ireland,
one of those soft ny from yeah with the beers
from I had one of those just the other day
in moderation, dropping moderation, and she was just dealing dealing

(05:50):
with this lady and then anyway, and then it was
my turn and I said, did you feel like you
had to come up with a story? Nah? I didn't.
She kind of said, oh, that lady heard I suppose
you heard a lot of that she's got. She's been
through it. And I was like, oh, yeh's real tough.
Then she started me not like said but she changed
for that woman. She was like this compassionate but then

(06:12):
I was still her about my wedding and she's like, oh, yes,
and I've been married about the same length at time
and just talk to talk talk talk talk talk great
at reading people. Yeh wow did he start crying? Also
opening up therapist free therapy That smelled real good because
of all the fresh flower dreamy therapy. So then we
talked about ponies, and then we talked about another sort

(06:32):
of flower, and then we talked about Ulster marias, which
is a flower I've got a lot of at our house.

Speaker 5 (06:37):
Yeah, I bit, you blood.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
Really find it hard to keep those contained. And she's like,
oh you've got any spear like off. It just was
just lovely and then I got the ros She's like,
have a great day, and I said I will have
a good day and I will tell you what You've
made it significantly nicer. Oh that's nice, thank you very much,
Like she was finally getting something back.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
You see, this is what I love.

Speaker 3 (06:58):
This is what This is my problem with q our codes, right,
we lost these opportunities. You know, it's time we go
to a cafe or restaurant, we're sitting in a QR code.
I hate them because I'm like, I know, because.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
You it's quick and you can pay.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
You don't have to do that thing at the end
we split the bills.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
We're missing out on them. I love it when this happens. Yeah,
very female thing to do. I love that you, Linden,
And that's I know. I always make friends of people
quick to connect.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
I think it was the whole thing was it was
the proximity, like the closed quarters.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
Yeah, the fact that I always flowers, kind of emotional thing.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
The woman in front of me who would open up
just this perfume.

Speaker 5 (07:37):
I'm going to go today. I live nearby. I'm going
to go today, get myself some flowers, maybe see some things.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
My discount code.

Speaker 5 (07:44):
Hi, what do you want?

Speaker 4 (07:45):
I start booking in our slots for these therapy sessions
and at the end you get a bunch of flowers.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
Yeah, my god, yes, great idea floral therapy. Genius because
I watched. Also, there's something mismerizing about watching a florist
construct a bunch from just a bunch of like rogue roses.

Speaker 5 (08:03):
They've got a vision of the artists. Yeah, oh god, stunning.
I'm going to go today.
