Speaker 1 (00:00):
From the Zidim podcast network.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
This is from the Police Big Pond.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Thanks to animes making happy happen for pits.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
Have you seen our insanely cold it is on the
eastern coast of America? Have you seen New York covered
in snow in the Hudson River frozen over?

Speaker 4 (00:16):
Yeah, I've seen. I saw the Niagara Falls last week frozen.
That was pretty amazing. That's cold man, right here, humid
and sticky. This week it's all right, humid and old.
Actually wouldn't mind a bit of snow.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
No, no, no, down right down.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
We just avoided an office stink with Hailey trying to
eat curried eggs in studio.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Ye banished to the iHeart Lounge.

Speaker 5 (00:45):
I've got to get some food in today, so I yeah,
last night it was like I'm prepping eggs and then
I was like, chuck a bit of curry powder in there.
Put it on Dr Shawnee's avocado. Yeah, I'm a toast
with some.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Avocado barbecue.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
I saw them on Friday Thursday, lane Way, there was
no avocados.

Speaker 6 (01:06):
I'm just thinking mad avocados to Lane Way.

Speaker 4 (01:09):
You're not allowed to bring in a bucket of avocados
before way you could have could have got yeah, avocadas
to your place, a lovely pre lane way.

Speaker 5 (01:17):
Yeah, well, we'll see how it goes down because I
do have IB so it does feel like pickled.

Speaker 6 (01:21):
Onions curried egs on a gluten bread.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
That sounds disastrous. Great day for us in the studio today. Yeah,
the Top six soon born Wellington's got a pooey harbour situation.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Terrible news.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
After a deluge of water from the sky which has
a name rain here, it caused an effluent situation and
raw effluence still continuing to fall into Wellington Harbor.

Speaker 6 (01:46):
How very auckland of it.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
How very awkward Wellington well on the Top six signs
you're Wellington seafood has effluent in it?

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Are we have first world country?

Speaker 6 (01:55):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (01:56):
I think so interesting.

Speaker 5 (01:58):
Doesn't feel like a first world big third world? Yeah
it is, isn't it.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Yeah, let's get into that in the Top Sex.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
I mean, if you're on your way now to get
a feed of kid Mowana from Wellington Harbor on that Yeah,
and the Top Sex will deal with that sign next
on the show, I want to talk about something called
the breaking bad effect, which researchers scientists have looked into
and is.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Real plays it ins flesh fornon Hailey.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
Well, the Breaking Bad effect has been studied. Now this
is based on the television show Breaking Bad.

Speaker 6 (02:31):
I can almost go back. It's so in line. I've
got a lot of like want to go back.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
One of one of TV's greatest of a show.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Also has the creative Vince Gilligan his new show Pluribus
Apple TV. I think of what two weeks we finished. Yeah,
it has nine apps all up, I've got two to go.
It's so good.

Speaker 6 (02:51):
Yeah, I need to watch it.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
It's yeah, wat I think on Roden Tomatoes it's like
ninety eight or ninety seven percent.

Speaker 6 (02:57):
It was one of the highest rating. Yeah, it's highest.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Breaking Bad, Well, Breaking Bad. If you don't know the
I guess.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
It starts out with Walter White, who's played by Brian Cranston,
who is terminal, gets a terminal diagnosis for cancer, lung cancer,
and yeah, and he's got a financially precurious situation. You've
got to pay for this care. We've got to pay
for his family in America. So he turns as a
science teacher, a high school science teacher turns to making

(03:24):
myth as you do, of course, and so scientists have
studied the breaking bad effect. Do people that are given
a terminal diagnosis turn to chrome? I think if you,
if you if you were told you've got eight months
to live, would you like crime?

Speaker 5 (03:43):
But I do a lot of illegal things, if you
know what I mean, Like I'm not going to rob somebody.

Speaker 6 (03:49):
No, no, I'm not going to, but.

Speaker 5 (03:52):
I'd sort of I'd have a bit of illegal fun
if I was going to die and I knew, I'd
be like, yeah, least burn it to the ground.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
Well, researchers in Denmark have uncovered a correlation a cancer
diagnosis increases the probability of committing a crime by about
fourteen percent.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
Oh wow, so it is a thing.

Speaker 6 (04:14):
Because you just go, what have I got to lose?
I'm gone.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
So they analyzed They covered the entire Danish population, focusing
on three hundred and sixty eight thousand individuals diagnosed with
cancer between nineteen eighty and twenty eighteen, and they linked
the health records to criminal registries. So these are only
the people that were caught doing a crime, and they

(04:37):
tracked the behavior and compared to those that hadn't been diagnosed.
And yet it was a fourteen percent increase, again just
on those that were caught and charged, so that doesn't
even include maybe someone who's shoplifted and got away with it.

Speaker 6 (04:52):
Yeah, maybe I'd do a little bit of pinching. That's
what I pinching for a thrill.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
But it would have to be for it wouldn't be
from a small, independent, local business some.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
Huge, big corporate.

Speaker 6 (05:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (05:03):
Or I'd try to steal from like Gucci. You know,
I've never even walked in the shop because I feel
like they turned me away, but I have.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
They literally have security in lines and good.

Speaker 6 (05:13):
Luck for that skanky Chuck Taylor's on.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
But I was you're giving just as you address right now,
you're giving big shoplifter and yeah, not a Gucci inside.

Speaker 6 (05:24):
But I would I like, I get it.

Speaker 5 (05:27):
Maybe I'd steal a boat for the day with like
a complete intention. You don't know, it's a millionaire's boat
that they wouldn't even miss it. They'll just be able
to replace it. Like it's not even thing.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
Right, How would you even drive it? Do you know
how to drive a bus?

Speaker 4 (05:40):
Punch the key in the engine and then you just
punch it.

Speaker 6 (05:42):
You punch it.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Pretty much the rules to driving anything.

Speaker 6 (05:46):
Just punch it, chewy. Yeah, you just get in there
and punch it.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
The z NM podcast needwork from the Fletchforn and Haley
group chat.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
This is the top six shut out.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
I'm currently looking at eclipso soide ANSWER's model showing sewage
pollution affecting Wellington's south coast. Other model accounts for currents, tides,
winds and provides short term forecasts.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
And I tell you what.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
It starts out with a little Reid spot and then
the red spot spread this person with who's everywhere, so
don't be don't be swimming anywhere, especially on the south
coast right.

Speaker 6 (06:17):
But criminal it comes out.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
It's coming out from that little narrow neck but where
the airporter Islington before Wellington goes out again.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
But I don't like her.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
It's spilling out probably months until people are able to
swim again.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
But it's summer. The sign I know, I know, so yeah,
it overflowed. It's probably gonna be dealt with.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
But the top six signs of your seafood came from
Wellington Harbor and it's got some meffluent on it. Number
six on the list, your clam has toilet paper in
its mouth.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Blake when it gets caught in your dress.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
It's a little bit of and the clam doesn't know
because it's eyes. Of course, plans got eyes that face forward,
and it's at the back on the side.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
That's where the clam's eyes are.

Speaker 5 (06:59):
Yeah, you can barely see them. They're minus Yeah, but
how else are they looking around?

Speaker 1 (07:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (07:04):
If you need to see what a clan, we're a
clam's eyes are Google Muppet clams because whenever they were
on the Muppet Show, they were eyes were always front
and facing the front. Please don't tell me. I've imagined
that a clam on the Muppet Show.

Speaker 4 (07:18):
Clams see by using hundreds of tiny simple eyes or
photo receptors located along the edge of their mantle to
detect light, shadows, and movements.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
See that's the mantles of the bit.

Speaker 6 (07:29):
But they don't think or anything.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
Clan they have dreams.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
And stuff today they have ambitions in hopes of ambitions,
being at a really nice restaurant one day on a
plate plated yeah yeah, yeah, oh yeah, it.

Speaker 6 (07:43):
Was a clam.

Speaker 5 (07:44):
I'd dream of being in a busk, or supporting a
piece of fitter chaining.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
Or or a chowder'd chowder. I'd dream of being in
a delicious childer. You'd be down and out. If you're
a clam you washed up on the beach and a seagull. Oh,
that's no way to go.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
Number five on the list of the top six signs
Your seafood came from the Wellington Harbor with its e
flouent overflow.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Your crayfish is holding a tampon like a cigar.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
And as it'll clause, he's like, don't she who has
been flushing? The she?

Speaker 1 (08:17):
It's not the pe, the p the poo, the paper,
not the period.

Speaker 6 (08:21):
Product, not the pond.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
Not the Number four on the list of the top
six signs your seafood has come from Wellington Harbor. Your
hockey filets not the traditional lovely white hockey filet, but yellow.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
But yellow filler. Don't if it's a yellow but pery.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
Number three on the list of the top six signs
your seafood came from Wellington Harbor. Your geo duck tastes
like toilet duck. Oh, do you know what a geo
duck is? It's those Google it.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Google it. You'll have a giggle.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
It's it's the it's the shell a doodle coming out
the side of it.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Yeah, they're always at young.

Speaker 6 (09:04):
They're in a tech large burrowing clams latch in the world.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Yeah, I got a massive wang coming out of does
does like compared to its body?

Speaker 4 (09:14):
Huge wanged bodies a huge wang to shell ratio. It's
a pacific geo duck. Okay, I had no idea.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
Look, so, now that you know what they look like,
I'll go back and number three on the list. There's
your geo duck. Tastes like toilet duck.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
It wouldn't be better. It's a better now that you
know what a geoduck is. I hope everybody googles geo
duck right now. You don't know what a geoduck is.
If you don't know what a geoduck is, google it now, geo.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Do you c k your thoughts? Nine six nine six? Almost?

Speaker 6 (09:43):
How would you cook this?

Speaker 1 (09:44):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (09:44):
So I looked at the photos and I'm like, okay,
but look at this photo of this guy holding one Hayley.
Oh hang on, we did it one of your drop downs.
I reckon description and rangers. It's ginormous.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
That's like, how does that's back inside the shell? Can
you see me? Then I'll pop it on our socials.

Speaker 6 (10:03):
So disgusting me that.

Speaker 7 (10:06):
Way.

Speaker 4 (10:06):
The producers, I think the producer literally she's flipping, wants
to take too late.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Maybe I'm adicted. I'm addicted. You're going to have the
log man had some replies and likes.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
You're going to have to end your session to.

Speaker 6 (10:23):
The web. Web brows want to stand.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
By because worn and his last act on our social
media Welline.

Speaker 4 (10:30):
Sex nine sex who should remain loged down to the socials.
I'm happy to share responsibilities.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
Number two and the less of the top sex aunts.
Your seafood came from Wellington Harbor. Your squid rings, your
calamary squid rings. They've got a poo down the middle
stuff with stuff log there's like there's like ten there's
ten squid rings to a po We're.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Still one hundred percent clean green New Zealand.

Speaker 4 (10:52):
Or whatever that's saying pure New Zealand in eighteen percent
sure shit. And number one of the lists of the
top sex signs, seafood came from Wellington Harbor. Your oyster
is going to make you super horny from all the
viagra and methods ingested from the waste.

Speaker 6 (11:11):
Well pumped up aphrodisia, pumped.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
Up aggressive aphrodisia.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
But the good news is oysters will know and make
you skinny because of all the we go over that
went through the system as well.

Speaker 4 (11:20):
Oh great, Henny, Horny and neft er. What sounds like
the weekend in Wellington? That's today's upset.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
Plays it ends flesh Forn and Haley.

Speaker 5 (11:29):
Apparently in New Zealand and rural areas, we are severely
lacking in GPS. General practitioners, people, your doctors. You's your
local doctor, our doctor, shawna he's a GP. He is, yeah,
general general medicine, but in rural areas. But they're just leaving,
they don't want to be there. But we're missing at

(11:51):
least one hundred and thirty rural gps across the nation.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
But if you were like a rural GP, you would
know everyone. Yeah, wouldn't that be weird?

Speaker 6 (11:59):
Literally you know them inside and out?

Speaker 4 (12:01):
Like I never I've never seen my doctor in real life,
like in the street.

Speaker 6 (12:05):
I saw mine at Lane one and gave her a.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
Hug and it was weird. It was weird.

Speaker 8 (12:09):
Hailey's like, this is my doctor doctor at a music festival,
well doctor, shawning doctor, But it was weird.

Speaker 4 (12:19):
It would be weird seeing your doctor and like at
the supermarket. But in a small place, you know everything
about everyone and you'd never be able to escape treat generations.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Yeah, you would. Yeah, the whole family.

Speaker 5 (12:31):
My best friends doctor, her, mum went to her, and
my best friend's daughter goes to her.

Speaker 6 (12:37):
So that's a generational doctor in a small little village.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Yep.

Speaker 6 (12:41):
But yeah, I sa I do like a sense of anonymimity.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Rural doctor shortages are a worldwide crisis, Yeah, because characterized
by a chronic worsening in universal inequity, where healthcare resources
are concentrated in cities, leaving rural populations was significantly less
access to care.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
This is around the world.

Speaker 4 (13:00):
And then you probably have to do a lot more
work if you lived rurally, because you know, there aren't
big hospitals, so you have to do more.

Speaker 5 (13:07):
You have to probably take things a bit further and
work more and not be able to refer people.

Speaker 6 (13:12):
So easily to like specialists, right, you've got.

Speaker 4 (13:14):
To try to help them, say, and rural doctors that
older Traditionally they are an older doctor, so as they
are getting closer to retirement, there's not the young gun
to come into a and.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
Also it takes not every really wants to live in
a tiny town.

Speaker 4 (13:27):
No.

Speaker 5 (13:27):
So there is this man, Mark Eager. He's the CEO
of Mobile Health Group and he's a board member of
lots of rural health boards. He suggests this is his suggestion,
a Tinder style dating app for health professionals. He thinks
it could help retain people in rural areas, So like
a rural Tinder, so that local gps could all kind

(13:51):
of get together and start dating, and it might be
an incentive like a relationship to staying in one place
and not leaving.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
Rural tender full stops quite hard. Now you're reducing your
total dating pool down to people with a medical degree.
It seems like you've just made the barrel a lot smaller.

Speaker 5 (14:11):
So the big problem is that they're leaving, right, So
the local doctor they want to go to a bigger city.
But if they had a personal connection to help keep
them in the town. His thought was that this would
make a doctor stay, make a doctor stay.

Speaker 4 (14:26):
What about paying them, That's what I was going to say.
Do you get paid more?

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Is it the same?

Speaker 3 (14:30):
Because it's cheaper to live out of the big centence
in the big centers.

Speaker 5 (14:34):
I would assume you'd get paid less, right, rural doctors cheaper.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
My doctors would have thought, because they're like not a
prime paid by the government.

Speaker 1 (14:45):
It would just be across the it would just be flat. Yeah,
I don't know. I don't know how it works well.

Speaker 5 (14:49):
Ken city folk like Marsel. It was not a practicing GP.
I had the ability to. I started in general medicine
and then I moved into my specially.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
You did an acting degree.

Speaker 5 (15:01):
You are the only one who didn't have a medical
degree on this team. But am I allowed to dabble
on rural doctor tinder when I'm in the area sow tour.

Speaker 1 (15:11):
No, you've got to be a doctor.

Speaker 6 (15:12):
I can't go.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
You should at least be able to be a nurse.

Speaker 3 (15:16):
What if we open this up and and it's like
the doctors are on there and if you're going through
the town, they get to sleep with you if they want.

Speaker 6 (15:23):
Yes, that's what I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (15:25):
It tender, isn't it base there You've got to sort
of apply to But then also they won't have any
time because they're so busy and overworked.

Speaker 5 (15:35):
We could start an app I want to sleep with
a doctor. That's the data yet and it's for traveling,
and you go in and out of towns, and you
go on, I want to sleep with a doctor, and
all the doctors were happy to sleep with city folk
passing through.

Speaker 4 (15:48):
And then they are on there. That will keep them
living in these tiny towns.

Speaker 6 (15:51):
Because they'll get the hot city owls.

Speaker 4 (15:54):
I don't think I don't think they're that busy, because
rural New Zealand men still refuse to go to the
doctor even if they're bleeding profusely from all the holes.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
They're like a couple of.

Speaker 6 (16:04):
Days, you get a bit of bloody super blue in
there and.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Needwork.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Hailey, silly little pool, silly little pole.

Speaker 7 (16:16):
It is so silly, silly, silly that silly little pool,
silling sly.

Speaker 6 (16:24):
Little pole, silly.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
Silly little pole.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
Today is do you rewatch a series before starting the
last series, before starting a new season of a TV show?

Speaker 4 (16:39):
This this was my plan for severance because I have
Sepan season too ready to go.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
And I want to watch remember what happened Season one?
I know when they go down the elevator, they can't
remember what they were doing.

Speaker 4 (16:50):
I know, I know, And it's such a great show.
I feel like it was such a long wait for
season util, I need to watch season one.

Speaker 6 (16:57):
As you release. Do one of the recaps YouTube candy recap.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
Yeah, there's a lot of like like fans of TV
shows that make these amazing season recaps and sometimes yeah, Well.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
Fifty three percent of people said sometimes, thirty four percent
of people said no, and only thirteen percent yes.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
Always.

Speaker 4 (17:18):
We were just debating if we rewatched The Night Manager
because season two has come out. Tom toms Ago, Olivia Coleman,
and Hugh Laura.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
In the series.

Speaker 4 (17:30):
Yes, it's what he plays a night manager, but he's
a spy or spy, he's a spine.

Speaker 1 (17:36):
It's amazing, says good Old chat.

Speaker 3 (17:39):
Ebt is usually pretty good for a recent recap. Sometimes
I watch the last episode again, but that's ran now,
so you know, sometimes it.

Speaker 4 (17:46):
Gives some of the actors six toes, six fingers. Trust
it's okay.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
I often watch a recap on YouTube with the key
details is Alex usually use use it made yeah, rather
than made by the studio. Nicole said, needed to be
damn fresh in my mind, so I'm not like, who's
that guy when it's the main character.

Speaker 1 (18:06):
Yeah, Taylor, who has the time. Very good question.

Speaker 4 (18:10):
Tale.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
Yeah, who is the time?

Speaker 3 (18:11):
I barely find time to watch new content, let alone
the old content to lead to the new content. Yeah, yeah,
I Rachel said, if it's been a long time or
tween seasons, I might rewatch the last season or like
the last four or five episodes. But that's a that's
a dying yebit grace. Now, most shows do a solid
recap at the beginning of the next season, so I
don't feel like I need to remember anything else that
wasn't in there.

Speaker 4 (18:31):
Sometimes when they do the little recaps before a show, though,
they give away what's coming to happen. Yeah, it seemed
for like four episodes. Yeah, they'll throw in something randomly.
You'll be like, why is that? It's this episode I'll
see Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (18:45):
I got into the habit of watching the first episode
of previous seasons before starting a new one. It's weird
and it makes no sense, but I can't stop it.
Sys felicity okay, Amy says, usually do a quick Wikipedia
recap if the first episode doesn't have a handy previously on.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
Apedia, they'll probably ask you for four dollars. That's good time.

Speaker 6 (19:05):
I see you're enjoying this article.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
Hailey, how about giving me three buckaroos snap at least
the last episode of not the previous season. It's a
muster to get into the zone particular show vibe zone check.

Speaker 9 (19:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
So for so little pole, we asked you rewatch a
TV show before the next season comes out?

Speaker 4 (19:23):
In fifty three percent, you said, sometimes does that m
podcast network plays?

Speaker 5 (19:33):
It was the Super Bowl yesterday with the the dumb
Hill Dustbusters and the.

Speaker 6 (19:41):
Patriotic Parrot Dog Brewery. Yep, and they man.

Speaker 5 (19:47):
They footed that ball so hard with the shoulder rams
and all of the jamming and the touchdowns the quarterbacks
for me really were the highlight and all of that
man touchdown.

Speaker 4 (19:58):
But I don't know how American works, but I saw
a lot of people saying the game itself was a
bit of a dud, was a bit of a bit
of a man.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
Now, we're not there for it.

Speaker 5 (20:07):
We're there for the atmosphere, we're there for the celebrity watching,
and we're there for the halftime show we are, which was,
of course this year, performed.

Speaker 6 (20:14):
By Bad Bunny.

Speaker 5 (20:17):
He was the first solo Spanish speaking artist to ever
do it because Shika joined j Low one year.

Speaker 6 (20:25):
But she wasn't the main No, she wasn't the main thing.

Speaker 1 (20:27):
Do you know?

Speaker 3 (20:29):
So I saw yesterday He's technically more American than Donald
Trump is because there was some nineteen seventeen accord that
Puerto Rican born citizens were American citizens. Yeah, and so
that includes back to his like grandparents, maybe even his
great grandparents and Scott and Donald Trump's mother was an immigrant.

Speaker 1 (20:48):
And isn't his dad German as his granddad his grandma?

Speaker 5 (20:52):
Yeah, so all that Fox News, all the right wing
people being like why didn't they get an American to perform?

Speaker 6 (20:57):
And everyone was like, he Disuto Rico is an American?
Are you doing? That was kind of the theme of
his whole show.

Speaker 10 (21:04):
It.

Speaker 5 (21:04):
He did a really good job of making it seem
very like festive and fun and celebratory while also like
politically a little bit charged about basically saying like that
we are the United States, all of them, and that
the whole end is a listing all these places and
ends with Puerto Rico basically saying like united we stand.

Speaker 4 (21:23):
You know, America is a continent America, Yeah, American makeup America.

Speaker 1 (21:28):
Yeah. It was brilliant.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
Trump was already tweeting like this can I decided what
he's saying anyway. So as part of his performance as rumored,
and as part of our ZIM office Bingo Lady Gaga
as guest. She had a kind of a Spanish take
on this song that she usually does with Brine Mars

(21:53):
the trums, this beautiful skirt.

Speaker 4 (21:56):
It was amazing all those people on the sports betting
website or they're not the sports about the bidding gambling
that would have made so much money because that was
like rumored and then went through the roof, didn't.

Speaker 6 (22:05):
They And then people were like why would she why
would she be there because she's Italian, right and like
she hasn't done a song with him. It was such
a great performance, and also Ricky Martin. Ricky Martin came out.

Speaker 5 (22:21):
There's a beautiful video where like bad bunnies like crying
at the idea of having Ricky Martin there and just
Ricky Martin's lesion. And then they had this whole kind
of party set up with lots of sort of American
Spanish actors, Jessica Albert Petre Pascal, there was Cardi b
Like there's all this famous great people trying to think

(22:42):
about what else happened?

Speaker 6 (22:43):
During the show.

Speaker 5 (22:45):
I mean there was a bit of a hard launch
from Kim Kardashians.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
Together.

Speaker 5 (22:52):
Yeah, they were there to and that's been a rumor
for a while, first kind of public outing they went, Yeah,
they went passion or anything.

Speaker 6 (22:59):
But they were there.

Speaker 5 (23:00):
The the the noles Is were there, Beyonce and jay
Z Noles.

Speaker 6 (23:05):
What is Jazy's last name?

Speaker 4 (23:07):
Z Jesus, I've always your name is It's always Carter,
Cedric Boggay, Carter, Cory Carter.

Speaker 5 (23:21):
Yes, yeah, Green Day performed, Charlie Pooth did the national anthem.

Speaker 1 (23:28):
He did the anthem. I mean, nothing will ever beat
Fergie's national anthem. I'll just say that.

Speaker 5 (23:34):
By the John, She's so good. But honestly, I think
all around this was such an amazing performance.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Plays ends flesh for we.

Speaker 5 (23:45):
Know how talented our wonderful producer Shannon is. She crowchees,
she knits, she makes all these amazing things. And one
of the things, Shannon, you'd say that when like the
most viral for you personally was your crow shade, butterfly
wing cape Cardigan. Yes, and like when you showed us this,

(24:05):
I was blown away. It's amazing, It's incredible.

Speaker 7 (24:07):
Thank you. Yeah, I got about between my social platforms
about half a million views. And I'm not saying that
to flex. I'm saying this to set up where the
story is gone.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
Yeah, because obviously someone in some world saw that and
thought I need to be in on this. Yeah.

Speaker 11 (24:24):
So I had a listener message me.

Speaker 7 (24:26):
I was off sick for a week and they said, hey,
do you know about this?

Speaker 11 (24:30):
And I said no, I do not, and she's like cool.

Speaker 7 (24:33):
So there's an account on Facebook called brand Hangars and
they are using my videos to sell seed Butterfly cardigans
pack of two for just nine hundred and forty nine.

Speaker 11 (24:45):
And then I don't know the currency symbol there.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
Since you guys, I don't know what that is either.

Speaker 7 (24:50):
I tried looking it up and I couldn't find anything.
It says it's a unisex fit. It says warm get
lucked plate statements.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Oh right, okay, which is in New Zealand? How muchinained?

Speaker 1 (25:04):
Oh my god, I'm so sorry.

Speaker 11 (25:06):
It's two hundred dollars to make.

Speaker 7 (25:13):
No, So, yeah, this person is selling my crochet cardigan.

Speaker 10 (25:17):
Now.

Speaker 7 (25:17):
I tried to buy it because naturally I want to
see my competition off myself.

Speaker 6 (25:22):
Of course, how are they going to do it. They're
not doing it by hand.

Speaker 7 (25:24):
No, So the website keeps coming up and disappearing, so
currently there's no place to actually buy it. But this
video of me has quarter of a million views on
their page.

Speaker 5 (25:34):
It's so wild that not only have they stolen your design,
they used your video as the model.

Speaker 7 (25:41):
And then the weirdest thing is it's a video of
me showing off a bunch of different things of crochet.

Speaker 6 (25:46):
I know I saw that because in the next ones
you're pon cho.

Speaker 7 (25:48):
Yeah, so they're kind of advertising everything I make. I
think they've got a collection of Shannon stuff.

Speaker 6 (25:53):
But it is warm yet lightweight.

Speaker 5 (25:56):
According to Yeah, it is a uni sex fit genders
included here in a statement design.

Speaker 6 (26:03):
I mean, that's compliments to the chef.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
Where's the link to click to buy it?

Speaker 7 (26:07):
Though, That's what I can't find. So when I go
to the page, there's nothing there. They've only got like
a few followers. Like the whole thing is very suspicious,
But what if some grandmother sees it and it's like, well,
that's clearly real crochet because it's clearly homemade.

Speaker 4 (26:21):
Yeah, but I can't see how you came by shot
or anything, like what are they getting out of this
just this one views?

Speaker 11 (26:29):
I guess.

Speaker 5 (26:29):
So I'm gonna try googling it because a lot of
these scam places, they keep recycling their websites, you know,
to pop up other places. What do they call it,
butterfly wan Cardigan.

Speaker 7 (26:41):
Yeah, and the company is called Brand Hangars. I tried
looking it up and it just kept coming up with
like one more grand hanging clothes.

Speaker 3 (26:47):
One of their other photos is the most AI generated
pictures I've ever seen before.

Speaker 4 (26:52):
Almost identical white guys. Yeah, wearing different colored shirts, past
our shoes. Well, okay, but I mean as horrible as this,
are you quite like kind of flattered?

Speaker 7 (27:04):
Yeah, except as someone who has fallen through a mini scam,
there's some irony that now I'm inherently scamming people, and
I feel bad about it.

Speaker 6 (27:13):
Yeah, but it's a great cardigan, you know what I mean.
I mean, you should set up.

Speaker 5 (27:16):
A shop, genuine, authentic New Zealand mate custom order made touring,
you know, like it's will take eight weeks to get
to you.

Speaker 11 (27:25):
More than that. I can't crochet now, I'm off. I'm
off the hook.

Speaker 6 (27:28):
That's blood blood.

Speaker 1 (27:31):
You missed the palm.

Speaker 11 (27:32):
Yeah, I'm off the hook.

Speaker 4 (27:33):
She's off the hook, meaning you don't have to do anything,
but she also the crochet hook. She's off the hook.
Much about crochet work on yeah string, I actually that's.

Speaker 1 (27:45):
Not saying yeah, I.

Speaker 4 (27:49):
Actually don't think you needed to know anything about crochet
to appreciate that it's time for some other yarns.

Speaker 6 (27:56):
Yeah, there's only one and a comedian in this group,
and it's certainly not you.

Speaker 2 (28:02):
In podcast needwork.

Speaker 4 (28:04):
Eating yogurt, right, you're sitting on the couch eating some
yogurt or flavor yogurt. You eating just a cafir plane.
To be honest with Beery, isn't it.

Speaker 6 (28:12):
I'm a protein yogurt girl.

Speaker 4 (28:14):
The coconut I've been having the coconut. I changed the
coconut for my part to have with my breakfast in
the morning. A little nice little change. Maybe you're a
dairy food. Maybe you're eating a chocolate pod.

Speaker 6 (28:24):
Maybe you're having a vinging Huh what the vinger the
chocolate ones?

Speaker 4 (28:30):
You know ving Yaner, Nope, ring and brown Vingang. Yeah,
they're gonna get some beautiful chocolate out there. The harves
pro and pronunciation wig big year veg yea the year

(28:51):
your play yeah, yeah, yeah, so you've time and traveled
back to the nineties with yeas still available, having a.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
Little you're reading it with a dessert spoon, which is
madness to me.

Speaker 6 (29:03):
That's mad.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
You gotta be in that with a tea spoon.

Speaker 6 (29:05):
Yeah, if I'm in a pottle.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
Even if it's if it's a big thing, I mean
it with a tea spoon.

Speaker 6 (29:12):
No, no, no, you can get a dessert spoon into.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
A soup spoon into the tub. Madness.

Speaker 3 (29:17):
Well, this woman's doing this and her name I'll tell
you her name in a second, okay, because she's eating
this with a seventeen centimeter spoon. When her vivacious Hungarian
Fiasla dog jumps onto her lap, causing her to rapidly inhale,
spoon goes down the throathole.

Speaker 4 (29:35):
Can a seventeen centimeter spoon go down your throat?

Speaker 6 (29:38):
She's got a big gump hole.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
She's got a huge gold hole like one of those
sword swallow relax larynx. So maybe you put your head
back when the dog jumps on you, and it just
is the perfect angle for it to slide down.

Speaker 6 (29:51):
And the gasp of a gasp for the open spoon.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
Down it goes. She's twenty eight years old.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
She's from northern Belgium and her name is and which
actually sounds like the noise she probably would have made
when she swallowed the spern. So where did she She
didn't choke, she just swallowed the sperm.

Speaker 1 (30:13):
Still down there here she putting ext ray up. This
is a spern.

Speaker 3 (30:18):
It's gonna have to be surgically removed from his stomach
because they can't like see something and pull back out.

Speaker 4 (30:23):
God, I just remembered something that happened at an airport
and last month what I was this old man behind
me was beeped.

Speaker 1 (30:31):
When he walked through the you know.

Speaker 4 (30:33):
The the guy was like oh, and he's like wait, no, no,
and he opens his phone and he pulls up an
X ray of his palver since he's no, look, I've
got plates in there, and you could totally see his day.

Speaker 6 (30:45):
Oh really pack a sausage.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
Like we didn't want to see that.

Speaker 4 (30:51):
And of course I looked because it was like, look
like he was showing this security guy. Though I was like,
there was like that time the tennis player did it
was and Hayley's I showed you my shadow flaps flaps,
the horse scan the rings.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
You just got to be because can you see any
on the sixth ray?

Speaker 3 (31:11):
No, it looks like you know when people will put
up an X ray and you can see that they
need to take a poo.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
I think that's about the most exciting.

Speaker 4 (31:17):
Yes, you can see that she has birds, but you
can't see the birds right. But yeah, this be a
challenge as well, but not impossible, okay, because I'm a
man of resource, infinite resource and imagination, straight spine.

Speaker 3 (31:33):
There are no scoliosis in this one. So made us
want to ask you, dear humble listener, what you what
have you accidentally sworded?

Speaker 1 (31:42):
What's gone down the old down the old pipe? Who
was it? The other day?

Speaker 4 (31:45):
Was it? We were drinking the other and someone swallowed
a pin when they breathed in and sow it like.

Speaker 1 (31:54):
A pen. Someone just the other day was talking about it,
and I was just like, no, that's it's horrible, But yeah,
that's the thing.

Speaker 4 (32:02):
You've got something Maybe you're holding it in your mouth
and you breathe in like a screw or anything, or
did you cook something you don't realize something's in your food.

Speaker 6 (32:11):
I've in so many bugs, for sure.

Speaker 4 (32:13):
Solid a bug. Yes, but that's protein. You're on the
protein buzzers.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
Rah.

Speaker 6 (32:18):
Right, I'm jacked as a result. Brah, change nothing.

Speaker 4 (32:20):
But okay, well, I want one hundred dollars at M
give us a call tex through nine six nine six.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
That's our number.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
What have you accidentally in? How to swallowed? Bonus points
if you've.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
Got X ray. Yeah, bonus points of these x ray
but again we.

Speaker 6 (32:36):
Want to see it.

Speaker 4 (32:36):
But again always you bet two bonus points only always
check the X ray before posting.

Speaker 1 (32:42):
What did you accidentally eat? Swallower in hail?

Speaker 3 (32:46):
A woman's and how to seventeen centimeter spoon because she
was eating some delicious yogurt and the dog jumped on
her lap and it and the yogurt just the spoon just.

Speaker 1 (32:54):
Slipped down the stroad.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
If it was cold and yogurt, I reckon it might
be slippery and that just the perfect angle. Maybe the
way the dog. There's an X ray to prove it.
It's an insane story. So I one hundred dollars and
him as the number nine six nine sex to text.

Speaker 6 (33:08):
Through What did you accidentally ingest Anna?

Speaker 1 (33:11):
Good morning, good morning her really good.

Speaker 4 (33:14):
Now this was your sister and you may have been
to blame for this. She accidentally inhaled what She stuck
a whole dandelion of her nose when she was younger.

Speaker 1 (33:27):
She's hi.

Speaker 4 (33:32):
It was the hi.

Speaker 10 (33:34):
My name is Janna, and it was the entire term
and all, wait wait wait.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
Wait wait wait wait. Your parents called you Anna and Yanna.

Speaker 6 (33:42):
Yeah yeah, are you.

Speaker 1 (33:44):
Twins or your sisters?

Speaker 10 (33:47):
No, it's six heres a past six.

Speaker 3 (33:49):
They had to come up with a name that didn't rhyme,
and they still went with one that didna.

Speaker 10 (33:56):
Yeah, yeah. So it was a whole dandelion them' all.
And I didn't actually realize for well, my parents didn't
realize for two weeks until I had like a congested
nose and I had one of those like like nasal
clearing things and it just fell out completely in the bathtub.

Speaker 3 (34:16):
The dandeline, the one that turns into the thing that
you blow, and all the bushes, the yellow ones on they.

Speaker 6 (34:25):
Dandelions like clear one. The yellow one is.

Speaker 4 (34:28):
Butter cut something else that sounds like we need to
know our flowers a little bit.

Speaker 3 (34:36):
Your parents Mana and Janna, yeah yeah, and uncle Barna
forget cured.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
Rachel, What did you accidentally ingest.

Speaker 9 (34:48):
No, it's trying to prove it that. I was playing
in my grandparents long grass panic with siblings and cousins,
playing hide and seek, running, jumping into the grass, laying down,
heavily breathed, and I accidentally swallowed it the blowfly.

Speaker 1 (35:06):
Did it buzz when it went down? I don't know.
I was mortified.

Speaker 9 (35:11):
I ran inside that running asking after my mom, like
what do I do?

Speaker 1 (35:15):
She's like nothing, nothing, just protein, Brad, protein? What a
blow fly for? Show up in an X ray?

Speaker 6 (35:23):
No, it had burned through.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
Yeah, kind of melt down with the acids. Wouldn't that
quite a.

Speaker 7 (35:31):
Bar from the acid of the stomach.

Speaker 6 (35:34):
You shed out an entire fly digested?

Speaker 1 (35:39):
Dream?

Speaker 6 (35:40):
It would be.

Speaker 4 (35:43):
Rachel, thank you, Josh? What did you accidentally ingest?

Speaker 12 (35:49):
It was a wooden golf tee, which is not ideal,
and it was it was already it was already short
anyway from using it few times, and I was like,
I think my friend heading his golf out abound and
I just, you know, launched that thing back into my
throat while laughing xerically. And yeah, he definitely got the

(36:11):
last laugh because that thing flinted on its way out.

Speaker 1 (36:17):
Oh wait, so did you? Was it in your mouth
and then you laugh?

Speaker 12 (36:22):
I was holding in my mouth like just after I've
had my own golpel, thinking it'll be fine. Then, you know,
I just got into Derek when he had a really
bad shot. But oh no, that thing, where's that gone?
It's got down my throat.

Speaker 6 (36:34):
What do you mean it's splintered on the way out.

Speaker 12 (36:37):
Josh, like it was because it was it already had
like it didn't come out straight as.

Speaker 1 (36:43):
Those as Oh god right, you didn't go to the
doctor or the hospital. You would decide, I'll just wait
until it comes out.

Speaker 12 (36:52):
Yeah, just see how it goes. And eventually came out
about a week later, which is.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
Wait, wait, it came out the other in sideways.

Speaker 6 (36:58):
Yeah, but.

Speaker 4 (37:00):
That's still above part. I thought it would be five days.

Speaker 6 (37:06):
I don't get it. But the sand bunker, did you
keep it?

Speaker 12 (37:12):
No?

Speaker 1 (37:12):
No fishing out of your tour the course with it again?

Speaker 7 (37:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (37:19):
Yeah yeah, Josh, thank you.

Speaker 3 (37:21):
Dandelions start out life as those yellow flowers and turn
into the ones that you thank you. There is one
flower capable of living beautiful two times, just.

Speaker 5 (37:29):
Just like us as we age and change, was still beautiful.

Speaker 6 (37:33):
It's just different.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
It's a different. Wow.

Speaker 4 (37:37):
Wow, some messages and what have you accidentally inhaled? My
brother pulled a tooth out of his mouth and put
it in his ear? Does discount? It's a whole.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
He had to go to the hospital and get it
removed because it got past a certain point and it
wouldn't come back out.

Speaker 4 (37:51):
Steve, this is this? This one sounds like it would
have hurt. What did you accidentally inhale?

Speaker 12 (37:57):
I inhaled?

Speaker 6 (37:57):
Cigarette?

Speaker 1 (38:00):
That did you? Were you laughing like our last caller?

Speaker 12 (38:03):
Yeah, as soon as they go with the golf seat,
just lefting away and.

Speaker 13 (38:06):
H went, oh god?

Speaker 1 (38:09):
And did it burn?

Speaker 14 (38:10):
Oh yeah, yeah, definitely definitely until I got enough to
labor on. It must have put itself out.

Speaker 1 (38:18):
Lucky your dribbling boys, Steve, very much.

Speaker 13 (38:21):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (38:21):
And and did do you know when that came out?
Was it a week later?

Speaker 14 (38:25):
Uh?

Speaker 9 (38:26):
I'm not really in the habit.

Speaker 4 (38:27):
I look at my poos.

Speaker 1 (38:28):
I'm not too sure. Would have been it would have
some blood?

Speaker 4 (38:33):
Would I think it was smoking? After three or four
days later? You're problem, Steve.

Speaker 1 (38:40):
Thank you? Guesstro into O.

Speaker 4 (38:42):
Sister, Well, I might have one more go at that.
A guest or Entrologists gastro enterologists here. Oh wait, are
they the people that do your colon?

Speaker 12 (38:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (38:51):
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (38:52):
Are you having a day off next week?

Speaker 7 (38:54):
I am.

Speaker 5 (38:54):
I'm taking Thursday off to have my anus scraped. You
can have done it fright after the show they do
on Tuesdays. Vaginas on Tuesdays, shoulders on Friday. I'm glad
that works for you.

Speaker 3 (39:07):
The list of things I've removed from a stomach is
a gastro enterologist.

Speaker 4 (39:10):
Okay, wait, I thought gastro was the Oh, it's all connected.
So they go from the buck hole to the stomach.
It's literally mouthed.

Speaker 1 (39:19):
Okay, so that's their zone.

Speaker 4 (39:21):
No, that's that mouth. No, yeah, they no, they've met
in the middle. There's not one camera that can go
all the way through. And they met in the middle
and they e t and that little boy's fingers a
gas you're indologous.

Speaker 3 (39:39):
List of things I've removed from the stomach A knife,
a fork, a spoon, tweezers, nail clippers, batteries, magnets for
shops and needles.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
Those batteries are dangerous, like the babies eat those little ones.

Speaker 3 (39:48):
Yeah, the fla watch batteries, and then the stomach creates
a circle and burn a whole. Don't that's crazy?

Speaker 1 (39:54):
Scary?

Speaker 10 (39:55):
Now?

Speaker 4 (39:55):
Do you think all of those were accidental or some
people like to do this? What's that metal for people
that like to do this on purpose? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (40:02):
I don't know there's a term for that. Someone said
it a stag doo.

Speaker 3 (40:06):
The stag was doing a beer funnel and someone flucked
a bottle cap into the funnel and saw the nerves
waiting for that to pass.

Speaker 1 (40:12):
Do you think they answered the quiz on the lid?

Speaker 4 (40:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (40:15):
What was the question? Who was who was the kissen
of the New Zealand cricket team in nineteen.

Speaker 1 (40:19):
We'll find out in two days down when it comes out.

Speaker 3 (40:24):
My brother swallowed some money when he was younger because
he said it didn't want me to steal it, so
he put it in his mouth swallowed it. Amazing, Peggy.
I used to be in the military. I was on
the outer patrol base in Afghanistan. Oh I tore my
pants on the outer barb wire just before patrol, so
I was quickly sewing my pants. I had the needle
in my mouth, dropped the roll of cotton and shock
breathed and breathed in the needle. That was an embarrassing

(40:45):
sorry evacuation.

Speaker 4 (40:46):
Didn't you just like have your ass out if you're
on the front lines out in Afghanistan, not getting out
my sewing kit on the front lines of Afghanistan.

Speaker 6 (40:55):
Are selling in afghanistan's a great grand.

Speaker 4 (40:57):
So they always have weird fabrics in the those selling cats,
weird colors of yahtawel one that there's a pink one.

Speaker 1 (41:05):
I don't have anything pink in Afghanistan.

Speaker 3 (41:10):
You're in you, you're in your sand camouflage and you're
calling around and they're just.

Speaker 1 (41:14):
Like a pink stitch. Shoot at the pink stitch.

Speaker 3 (41:17):
Got them, got them, got them right in the ass.
So many people swarrowing coins just by putting coins. Don't
put coins in your mouth for a start. They are, yeah, wealthy.
I went to the danders that he pulled out of
tooth and flicked it up and we're down my throat
and I saw was that okay, that's okay, that's not
the first time that's happened.

Speaker 6 (41:36):
I'm sorry. Also, what kind of tooth is it? Because
if that's a molar man that that roots.

Speaker 1 (41:44):
Ad of us or whatever, the tooth theory gives up
its a discount, that's for sure.

Speaker 3 (41:47):
Yeah, still swallowed a drawing pin and then and then said,
I know how to get this out. I'll drink this
purple stuff that was mith leaded spirits. So now we're
off the hospital for a child that's induested a pin
and a mouth.

Speaker 4 (42:00):
Has it?

Speaker 7 (42:00):
Child?

Speaker 1 (42:01):
Done well in life? Are they are?

Speaker 6 (42:03):
Like we've read about them in the news. You know
what I mean, it's getting big read about you in
the news.

Speaker 15 (42:09):
Then podcast Network plays that ends flesh one and Haley.

Speaker 5 (42:15):
The Winter Olympics are happening as we speak, and one
Canadian figure skater.

Speaker 6 (42:21):
I have not been watching the figure skater.

Speaker 1 (42:24):
Why not? I think I haven't seen I've only just
seen clips online. Veger scat. I know, we talked about
that crash yesterday that was insane.

Speaker 6 (42:31):
Absolutely wild.

Speaker 5 (42:33):
So her name's Maddie, she says, she says, he says,
she says, she says, And she's twenty two years old.
She's gone viral because at twenty two years old, Yes,
she is an Olympian currently competing in Milan. But she's
also a university student. Oh okay, and she's a student

(42:53):
at McMaster University. She I don't what is she's studying Hamburgers. Okay,
this is a woman who is far better than us.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
She they do having a cat, don't they have a university?
McDonald's University.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
I think I was just googling what countries leading in
the metal tables at the Winter Olympics.

Speaker 1 (43:15):
But I've got far more important thing. This is way
more important university.

Speaker 5 (43:20):
She's a sociology student at this. McMaster's.

Speaker 4 (43:24):
Hamburger University is a training facility at McDonald's Corporal Corporation
Global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

Speaker 1 (43:31):
Hamburger University.

Speaker 5 (43:32):
That's not her, okay, Maddie Hitas is not at McDonald's Uni.
She is a sociology student at McMaster University.

Speaker 6 (43:40):
And because she was competing at the Olympics, the Winter Olympics,
representing Canada, what she didn't realize is she actually missed
an assignment drop off. Oh okay, and so she had
to write an email, which sort of feels like, surely
if you're representing your country at the Olympics, you get apart.

Speaker 5 (44:00):
But she got a fail, right, she just didn't submit
it right, and so she had to say high professor
and certain name here it's blanked.

Speaker 1 (44:06):
Out, no dead professor. Grimmis professor, of course, would be
in charge of the canteen. No Grimmers would be a professor.
You to say that is going to be a professor.

Speaker 6 (44:25):
Is the groundskeeper? I reckon. But he's like just smoke
stories in his shed y, you know what I mean?
Doesn't she do anywhere.

Speaker 5 (44:31):
I'm a student in your sociology course, and I'm wondering
if I could get a short extincsion on this week's reflection.
I was competing in the Olympic Games yesterday and thought
the reflection was john Sunday not okay, meaning that she
was going to compete on Friday and then crank out a.

Speaker 1 (44:46):
Crank go back to the athlete village and do an assignment. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (44:51):
She then said proof here is the Canadian Olympic Committee
press release to confirm my participation and Courtena, yeah, thanks
for your consideration. Now luckily they've email back high medal him. Wow,
what a special moment. Yes, in the circumstances, an extension
is perfectly fine. I'd say focus on the competition right

(45:13):
now and submit it direct to me when it's done.

Speaker 6 (45:15):
The triple looks triple toe combo was a pretty hard move.
To master. But you've got this good luck. The whole
country is spreading feud in your team mate, So.

Speaker 4 (45:22):
Yours professor Ronald McDonald. Now he would be a professor,
he would of the university.

Speaker 1 (45:29):
He would be Norway, by the ways, lead in the middle, Telly,
does that end?

Speaker 2 (45:33):
Podcast network?

Speaker 3 (45:34):
I'm getting a lot of advertising for articles telling you
that the human body has two ages.

Speaker 4 (45:41):
We're at ages rapidly, yes and badly. Oh and the
ages are sixty. That's a little while off, not too
much worry about. Yeah, and forty four, which is ten
days away.

Speaker 6 (45:52):
Oh oh, well, happens at forty four? That makes you
age so aggressive?

Speaker 1 (45:57):
Noticeable shifts in the metabolism. Sorry, that's already happened. They
shift again. That that happened a long time. That's a bullshits.

Speaker 4 (46:05):
Mid twenties and then in the early thirties. There simply
can't be another handbreak in the mid forties. Yeah, muscle maintenance,
great hormone balance, leave me alone.

Speaker 1 (46:16):
Cellular repair, and my phone is buggered.

Speaker 4 (46:19):
So I don't know who out, but I don't know
what that's going to do with forty different cellular I
think cardiovascular risk markers, because as a dude, I know
now I'm in snipers Alli. No, I think, dude, snipers.
Allie's fifty. No snipers, Ellly is forty. I reckon snipers.

Speaker 3 (46:33):
If you don't know what snipers Eli is, it's like
you men just drop dead of heart issues. Oh yeah,
I don't even know.

Speaker 4 (46:41):
Sixties sometimes seventy. Yeah, snipers, Ali, You're very fit. You
exercise every day.

Speaker 1 (46:46):
No, I haven't for a little while because I've had
this cold.

Speaker 6 (46:49):
Right, you'll be right. No, you're pretty healthy.

Speaker 4 (46:52):
And brain processing speed, which I've definitely noticed in them
not as sharp so I used to be, that's for sure.
And then there's this metachrodonian the energy engines that all becomes.

Speaker 6 (47:02):
Less efficient panicing. Ten days out from you slowing down.

Speaker 1 (47:05):
You lose three to eight percent muscle mass per decade.

Speaker 6 (47:08):
My mum did see Vorn the other day and say
he's skinny.

Speaker 1 (47:10):
She thought I was a Zempic skinny. She thought I was,
without saying as much, she thought I was on killerman Jar.

Speaker 6 (47:15):
She was like, oh my god, killerman Jar.

Speaker 10 (47:17):
Right.

Speaker 1 (47:17):
No, it was just because I wasn't shorts, And it
often shocks people who have only ever seen me in longs.
How skinny. My legs are yeah, very skinny legs, very skinny.
That I've got a fourteen year old.

Speaker 6 (47:26):
When did that happen?

Speaker 4 (47:27):
I know that just kind of felt that happened on Friday.
Yeah yeah, yeah right, See what you're having a crisis.

Speaker 3 (47:32):
Well no, I'm trying not to have a crisis, but
my joints feel less stable, higher injury risk. Fat gain
becomes easier for hormonal changes, testosterones declining one percent a year.

Speaker 6 (47:46):
Yeah, you're going to get soft, soft boys squishy and soft.

Speaker 1 (47:53):
Soft, get soft.

Speaker 6 (47:55):
Everything will be soft, if you know what I mean.

Speaker 15 (47:58):
Hard.

Speaker 1 (47:59):
Yeah, in the back gets hard.

Speaker 4 (48:01):
But I'm getting literally once a day and some form
of social media will be like sign just say rabbit
aging at forty four.

Speaker 1 (48:10):
I'm like, stop it.

Speaker 5 (48:11):
But you're getting targeted there, Fletch is getting targeted. Zimpeky boy.

Speaker 1 (48:19):
Yeah, I don't know why Instagram thinks maybe I'll.

Speaker 6 (48:22):
Put it on Wait, chunky, I can see your face, chunky.

Speaker 1 (48:26):
Things like why am I such a fatty biscuit? Biscuits?

Speaker 10 (48:32):
No?

Speaker 1 (48:32):
I did?

Speaker 6 (48:33):
Can I finish these biscuits without bigger?

Speaker 7 (48:34):
Fair?

Speaker 4 (48:35):
Fair?

Speaker 6 (48:35):
Fatty boy?

Speaker 1 (48:36):
I did google a biscuit recipe at the weekend.

Speaker 10 (48:41):
You know.

Speaker 5 (48:41):
I live with my parents and so far loving it,
and one of the jobs that they've absorbed from me
is lawn mower. Right, my dad mows the lawns. Sometimes
one will jump out on the wheat wacker and do
the edges.

Speaker 6 (48:56):
They do it together. Sorry, the perimeters, the bushy perimeter,
the weedy bit. Yeah, the weedy rim yep, great, mom
does the weedy rim. Dare does the ma wa Now
in my garage, for some reason, I had a collection
of about six to eight jerry cans filled with different petrels.

Speaker 4 (49:16):
Okay, yeah, I don't know that for a man that
runs a Max. Yeah, what what's your what's your mixed?
And what you're fresh from the servo? No to stroke Max.

Speaker 6 (49:28):
This is the problem for one.

Speaker 5 (49:30):
The lawnmar has been running absolutely fine. Craigy Bob decides
he's going to do the lawnmar notices that the petrel
is low as he as you know, it makes sense.
He goes into the garage, sees a jerry can, shakeshack,
shakes snuff.

Speaker 6 (49:51):
That's petrol, paws it in, starts mowing the laws.

Speaker 1 (49:57):
Yeah, you're not meant to put patrolling the lawn mower.

Speaker 3 (50:02):
If it's a two stroke, you're supposed to petrol in
your jerry can and then add you're like two stroke
oil and it lubricates the engine.

Speaker 1 (50:10):
But it's not.

Speaker 6 (50:10):
It's not that it's a four stroke. It's a four stroke, okay,
So what OI.

Speaker 1 (50:17):
Oil and a separate container and a dipstick, and.

Speaker 5 (50:19):
He puts in the two stroke mixed one right, so
as they're not labeled.

Speaker 6 (50:26):
I didn't even know they existed.

Speaker 5 (50:29):
I didn't even know they were different, and clearly neither
did my dad Craig. So he pours in something from
the jerry can into the moa starts mowing the lawns.
I'm not here for this, but as described to me,
there was smoke, there was backfiring, there was spluttering, and
I'll say it.

Speaker 6 (50:46):
And I say this with love to my dad, the
lawns look like ship.

Speaker 1 (50:50):
It was so bad.

Speaker 5 (50:52):
And so we leave it, you know, as is I
think my mum weed wax. As much as we can,
we leave it. The lawns are terrible. And then over
the weekend, you know, I've got my carriage sale people
to be coming up my driveway and seeing my weed patch,
and it looked terrible.

Speaker 4 (51:09):
And so.

Speaker 5 (51:11):
I know I need to fix this lawnmower. Now, I
say to myself, I just need to take it to
a guy. I'm that person. Now that I'm a single unit,
I'll take it to a guy.

Speaker 10 (51:22):
You know.

Speaker 5 (51:23):
But all, no, no, no, no no, we're going to
save money. So here's what I did, and I'm quite proud. Okay,
with the help of Oose my chat GPT, I described
to Oose what's happened that we've put in the wrong thing,
and this is the thing and what needs to happen.

Speaker 6 (51:43):
It breaks down the instructions to me and I follow suit.

Speaker 1 (51:47):
One.

Speaker 5 (51:47):
We empty what's remaining in the lawnmow. We tip it
upside down and tip it out. Now we did just
tip it into the bush, and good luck to the
dogs of the bat the.

Speaker 3 (51:56):
Bush will die. Yeah, bushes aren't. I don't run on petrol.
They run on water in some height.

Speaker 6 (52:02):
Well, see you later. It's not in the mor anymore.

Speaker 1 (52:05):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (52:06):
Then I go to a like a car shop and
I buy a specific spark plug remover remover.

Speaker 6 (52:15):
Yeah, because at first I just try to rull it off.

Speaker 10 (52:18):
One.

Speaker 5 (52:18):
I'm gonna all, okay, I've gotta find the spark plug.
I'd take off a thing and I think that's it.
This is me sprout, wow, just have my nails done.
They've got studs and sparkles right here. I am getting
the spark plug revealed.

Speaker 6 (52:29):
Go to the shop.

Speaker 5 (52:30):
I get a like a brake cleaner anything, and I
get the spark plug remover. I come back and I
put the right fitting on and I put it on
the thing and I twist it and I removed the
spark plug as oose my chat GPT told me to do.

Speaker 6 (52:41):
I get the brake cleaner on it. I give it
a little oil, and.

Speaker 3 (52:44):
There's oil would have gone on the spark plug and
made it missfire or.

Speaker 5 (52:48):
Made a miss fire. I give it a clean This
is the first step. The other one was like I
had to remove the side and do all this like
filter changing stuff.

Speaker 4 (52:55):
Right.

Speaker 5 (52:55):
Put it all back together, mate alone, sing by myself,
just doing this, taking a part of a lawnmar put
it back together.

Speaker 6 (53:03):
Pump pump, pah. A little bit of smoke as promised
by sixty seconds of smoke. Normal fixed her?

Speaker 1 (53:11):
What great?

Speaker 6 (53:14):
I fixed my own lawnmar.

Speaker 1 (53:16):
And what did you do with the other petrol or
mixes of fuel in the garage.

Speaker 5 (53:20):
I still don't know which ones is a witch. All
the cherry cans are all still.

Speaker 1 (53:26):
Pet What are you're made of? Money?

Speaker 6 (53:28):
But what are the oily ones? I don't know what
to do with them.

Speaker 5 (53:30):
But that's step one is I fixed my own lawnmark
even felt more accomplished in my life.

Speaker 4 (53:36):
Generally, when you pour in the two stroke added of
the oil, rather it's a color and it changes the
color of the petrel pinky.

Speaker 3 (53:45):
But if you add a blue and it goes like purply,
that's how I always know. Yeah, I'll give a little
pour them out from homies on the ground and I'm like, bluey,
that's already been mixed.

Speaker 6 (53:53):
See now this is the thing. In general, I would, as.

Speaker 4 (53:56):
An apartment dweller all of this talk of petrol powered
engines his members.

Speaker 1 (54:00):
This is the same checked out a while ago.

Speaker 5 (54:03):
Actually, in general I would now be like, oh, you know,
I'll just get worn to come over and identify the patrol.
But it's just so empowered by fixing my own it,
I'm just gonna I'm going to do it myself, Me
and nurse.

Speaker 6 (54:16):
Changing the world and fixing my own lawn mower.

Speaker 1 (54:19):
I'm very impressed. I am yeah, thank you, well done.

Speaker 5 (54:22):
What's next, I'm going to build a I'm going to
build a garden box with wood and nails, probably screws.

Speaker 1 (54:31):
I don't know if you need your video for that.
You're just going to put it in the shape you want,
the size you.

Speaker 6 (54:35):
Want me it's a square with that, I'm going to
do it myself.

Speaker 2 (54:41):
Podcast Network.

Speaker 3 (54:42):
If you've been living under a rock, there's a trend
and there's many montage videos that every time they come up.
I watch all of the move and if it's just
a repeated one's already seen.

Speaker 4 (54:49):
But if you're going past a car, a light car accident,
a light car, a light car accident, or a car somewhere,
it definitely shouldn't be You.

Speaker 1 (54:59):
Say I threw a news story yesterday. One drove into
a pharmacy. Maybe yeah, did you see that?

Speaker 10 (55:04):
Yes?

Speaker 12 (55:04):
I did?

Speaker 1 (55:05):
Where was there owen?

Speaker 3 (55:06):
Or finally yea somewhere they got into that pharmacy too.
That wasn't a whoopsie daisy. I've gone through all stop.
They got to the other side of the store from
the window. Impressive effort.

Speaker 4 (55:14):
You can't park there, but you say you slow down,
and they obviously think you're going to show someonecern and
then you tell them they can't park there.

Speaker 6 (55:21):
So funny to me, like these examples.

Speaker 1 (55:24):
You can't park your car here, man.

Speaker 11 (55:26):
I don't think you can park there.

Speaker 1 (55:28):
I know I can't park there.

Speaker 13 (55:32):
Mate, you can't put there, sir.

Speaker 1 (55:34):
I know I can't pan there. It's so good, It
is so good. So it's been. It's been on the
list of things I really want to do for a while. Yep.

Speaker 3 (55:46):
I've seen a couple of cars like just in ditches
on the side of the road, but nobody's there, and
I'll send it to my mates but they can't park there.

Speaker 1 (55:53):
But it's not as funny because it's a reaction somebody.
So imagine my.

Speaker 3 (55:59):
You would delight when I'm driving home and I see
a car that's gone through a three rail fence.

Speaker 1 (56:05):
Now that's a wood I've gone through a wooden Imagine
the noise.

Speaker 3 (56:10):
Yeah, Now the car's in there, there's a few people around,
there's another car stopped, it's out the driver's side window.

Speaker 4 (56:19):
All the elements are lining up for this to be
a lovely day. By the way, blue sky.

Speaker 1 (56:24):
Oh this is perfect voice, I know, and I'm just
getting ready.

Speaker 3 (56:27):
I'm like it's simply the start of Februy, and I'm
about to tick off one of the big twenty twenty
six goals. Down goes the window, In goes the breath
as I look, and I see a woman absolutely bawling,
leaning against her car, like her eyes out, like emotionally
wrecked and ruined, probably in shock.

Speaker 1 (56:47):
Yeah, and I'm just like, damn it. And I didn't
get to say to it. You can't. You're just shown
us a photo of this, and she.

Speaker 4 (56:55):
Had gone like way off the road. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
she was through through through like I'm not.

Speaker 1 (57:03):
And the car bum was poking up a lot. Yeah,
No one was hurt. Well, no, yeah, she was out.
I don't see.

Speaker 3 (57:09):
I mean, I didn't give the ear bags a real
good look, but it didn't look like an earbag situation.

Speaker 6 (57:13):
It's hard to yell at a woman who's some tears.

Speaker 1 (57:16):
It would have been a dude. It would have been
what about if the dude was in tears?

Speaker 6 (57:21):
Yeah, funnier, even better, probably still.

Speaker 4 (57:23):
Would have the Funny thing about the videos is they
lull them into a hay hey, they're just about.

Speaker 6 (57:28):
To ask, hey, oh my god, you can't park there.

Speaker 4 (57:34):
That's the attitude you want to give them like that
tone you can't park there, confused?

Speaker 1 (57:41):
That confused you.

Speaker 6 (57:42):
Just feel like a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Speaker 3 (57:45):
No, I'm hanging in there that because of that, I'm
going to get some good karma. Yeah, because I and
I didn't make it any worse.

Speaker 1 (57:53):
Yeah, so I reckon. The powers that be are lining
me up even better.

Speaker 4 (57:58):
One.

Speaker 6 (57:58):
Yeah, it's going to guy.

Speaker 1 (58:01):
He's going to be in like, you know, one.

Speaker 4 (58:03):
Of those big souped up Toyota surfs that are like
super loud, and it's wheels.

Speaker 3 (58:09):
Maybe it's smoking, maybe it's on fire, it could be.
And he's gonna have a little flat peak hat on. Yeah,
he's gonna look.

Speaker 1 (58:15):
Like a real piece of ship. But I'm going to
be able to say to him, mate, I can't park there.
But you know what, you also need to make sure
you've got clear traffic in front of you. Get the
hell out of there.

Speaker 4 (58:25):
If you can't get away, you're getting probably gonna get
your hit back. It's my worst nightmare to then have
him run at the car, me pant floor it smash
into the car in front him, and there someone go
around me like you can't park there?

Speaker 6 (58:36):
Yeah, it's just cyclical.

Speaker 1 (58:38):
It's a double you can't park and you know what,
that would be absolute calmer for you. It would be
I'd almost laugh.

Speaker 2 (58:44):
Does z M podcast needwork? Play z m's Flesh one
and Haley.

Speaker 6 (58:51):
Fact of the Day, Day Day, day day.

Speaker 3 (58:59):
Did I thank you for your messages of support over
night for Chess week and that maybe and people say
maybe top was a little bit nuanced for these two
cretans and studio.

Speaker 4 (59:17):
It's just giving big calendar week, which historically was the
worst week effect of the day.

Speaker 6 (59:22):
History messages of support overnight.

Speaker 1 (59:24):
I get hundreds of messages. They were all disappearing on the.

Speaker 5 (59:29):
Machine yesterday, and I would say it was heavily weighing
towards this is boring.

Speaker 1 (59:33):
No, it's not boring.

Speaker 6 (59:34):
It's interesting.

Speaker 4 (59:35):
Okay, Well chess. Well, are we all familiar with the
night and chess? The one that looks like the horse?

Speaker 6 (59:42):
Yeah, moves in an L shape.

Speaker 1 (59:44):
Moves in an L shape, Hailey, Yes, it does.

Speaker 6 (59:47):
You know, I went to private school things, so the
L shape.

Speaker 1 (59:54):
Is like three up and one across, or you know,
three across and one up. Let familiar with now? No,
I've tuned out because I like board games more like
other board games.

Speaker 5 (01:00:07):
Maybe we should get a dick of cards for when
we're doing fact to the day this week, we'll make
incorporate it into this one.

Speaker 1 (01:00:14):
No, it's not. This is chessweek.

Speaker 6 (01:00:16):
Someone just missed on text machine.

Speaker 1 (01:00:21):
You don't even know. Okay, we'll hit us with the fact. Okay.

Speaker 3 (01:00:26):
So there is a thing called the Knight's Tour where
the knight can touch every one of the squares on
the chessboard without touching one twice.

Speaker 1 (01:00:36):
That still board.

Speaker 6 (01:00:38):
Like imagine going to a party and that's your little
tidbit around.

Speaker 10 (01:00:42):
Ye.

Speaker 6 (01:00:43):
Hey, did you guys know in the game of Cheers,
the knight can do a.

Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
Thing called the Knight's Tour.

Speaker 6 (01:00:47):
Yeah, and it goes around.

Speaker 1 (01:00:53):
It broke computers.

Speaker 4 (01:00:55):
When they first got cheas onto computers, they said, to
it make the make this move around on the board
only touching one square each, but it needs to touch
every square once.

Speaker 6 (01:01:04):
Emoja, can you talk about cheese not chess?

Speaker 1 (01:01:07):
It was cheese.

Speaker 6 (01:01:08):
We've done cheese.

Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
We've done cheese a different topic every week.

Speaker 6 (01:01:15):
I can actually read sarcasm. Oh my god, that's so interesting.
Large Chess week.

Speaker 4 (01:01:21):
They're not being sarcastic you're just gonna say everybody has
been sarcastic.

Speaker 3 (01:01:25):
Originally known as the horse's bondage, it was a touring.
It was a test of mathematical prowess in ninth century India.
Then in the seventeen hundreds lead hard Euler, one of
the greatest mathematicians ever you here, studied it and provided
like systems on way to do it. There are trillions
of possible tours. There are twenty six trillion distinct open tours,

(01:01:46):
and open tour is where it ends and it's touched
every bit, but then it can't move back to the
starting piece. That's called a close to it, and there
are six trillion options for that.

Speaker 4 (01:01:53):
In a standard eight y eight chessboard, we could have
done bungee jumping week.

Speaker 6 (01:01:56):
Oh no, someone's falling asleep at the wheel. That would
be good.

Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
Yeah, yeah, nobody. The person that fell asleep at the
will crash just there.

Speaker 6 (01:02:05):
There's too crashes with will. Someone said, I just crashed on.

Speaker 1 (01:02:12):
Hey mate, you can't park there.

Speaker 6 (01:02:13):
Someone said, dare I say, can we go back to
calendar week?

Speaker 7 (01:02:16):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (01:02:16):
Yeah, you know it's bad when people want facts about
calendars all week.

Speaker 1 (01:02:20):
Yeah, I'm actually planning on having a big old well, Hailey,
and I did give you an our yesterday, gave your support.

Speaker 3 (01:02:30):
I feel like with your support, this could have been
a fantastic week. Tomorrow I want a positive attitude and
you watch the whole moodle change.

Speaker 6 (01:02:37):
This is almost as good as calendar weeks.

Speaker 4 (01:02:41):
Well, join us tomorrow when Hailey, I feign interest and
another fact about chairs and it was still before.

Speaker 6 (01:02:48):
Do well born if we really get into.

Speaker 1 (01:02:50):
It, if you guys get behind it.

Speaker 5 (01:02:52):
Okay, the best thing about this fact of the day
is the other two giving you ship.

Speaker 1 (01:02:57):
That the other a very interesting thing about the night of.

Speaker 3 (01:03:00):
It's the only chess that can jump, and it can
jump all of the bits between its start position and
its end position.

Speaker 1 (01:03:08):
You go tell these facts to some old man at
a park playing chess.

Speaker 6 (01:03:12):
Some old Italian man sit around in l a.

Speaker 3 (01:03:16):
He might know them, or he might just fall asleep,
which will be nice. He needs this mid afternoon. We're
going to get him back to the home.

Speaker 5 (01:03:24):
Someone that someone's literally just switched over to Mike Hostking.
Now that's that he's finished. Doesn't he finish at eight thirty?

Speaker 1 (01:03:30):
Lazy? It doesn't he finished eight thirty?

Speaker 4 (01:03:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:03:34):
Come on, wrap it up. So Today's already caused eight incidents.

Speaker 6 (01:03:37):
Someone said, we're losers.

Speaker 1 (01:03:39):
I mean, this is just pain loses by association to
this all of us. I'm sorry. Chess a game that's
still Collennia. And then we do roller Coast a week trial.
I feel like we've done roller Coast a week, Theme
Park Week.

Speaker 4 (01:03:58):
I feel like we've done everybody loves a Thing, Lolly's Week, Lolly,
Oh my god, Lolly's Fizzy's Week, Like when was the
fizzy coke bottle invented?

Speaker 6 (01:04:06):
I don't even know. That would be a thing that
I would love to know.

Speaker 1 (01:04:09):
It doesn't mean I feel like we've talked about the
origins of fizzy coke bottles.

Speaker 6 (01:04:12):
Someone said Chest Week would have been better chess.

Speaker 1 (01:04:17):
How do I explain to my children to school that
the people have chests.

Speaker 6 (01:04:21):
I'm so impressed of Chess Week. I immediately recommending him
to all of my friends.

Speaker 1 (01:04:27):
Sarcastic tone on it, that's not the sarcastic. Today's fact
of the day is there are It turns out.

Speaker 4 (01:04:39):
Trillions of ways that the night the chest piece can
touch every single square on the bord without touching the
same piece twice.

Speaker 1 (01:04:51):
Day day, day, day day.

Speaker 6 (01:05:00):
Dead dud dud.

Speaker 1 (01:05:05):
Lifeline's still one seven three seven one.

Speaker 4 (01:05:11):
Maybe we should have a committee to just run through
the fact before we do it. The same for the
way we don't know.

Speaker 6 (01:05:17):
What he does until literally like eight thirty every day, and.

Speaker 1 (01:05:21):
You guys are ruining Chess week, thank you.

Speaker 2 (01:05:24):
They are plays. It ends flesh one and Haley.

Speaker 6 (01:05:28):
Little thread I found online. Thread thread. Thread found sound weird,
you know when I said it out loud like that
wasn't a real word and I'd made it up. Thread. Yeah, yeah, okay,
beg your pardon. I'm having a mount down.

Speaker 5 (01:05:41):
The petty hills. Women in particular are absolutely willing to
die on.

Speaker 4 (01:05:47):
I'm always amazed at the amount of energy that people spend,
like doing stuff like this where it just like just
let it go.

Speaker 6 (01:05:55):
No no, no, no no no, you're going to be
so into all of this energy well spent. Okay, this
is when my mom does.

Speaker 5 (01:06:03):
Okay, if you walk into a store and they don't
immediately greet you, I'm not buying anything.

Speaker 1 (01:06:08):
Oh no, I don't worry about it.

Speaker 6 (01:06:10):
And my mum will come in it and she'll be like,
you know, and then she'll do that like I'll take
my money elsewhere kind of vibes.

Speaker 4 (01:06:17):
There are definitely, especially clothing stores that are like that
that everyone works there is too cool.

Speaker 1 (01:06:22):
Yeah yeah, and you can just tell and so yeah
I can't. I kind of get that.

Speaker 5 (01:06:26):
Refusing to surrender arm wrest space when in the middle
seat on a plane like that.

Speaker 1 (01:06:31):
Does get those you're in the middle, you get the
arm rests, both of them.

Speaker 5 (01:06:35):
Yes, I think so, Yes, all gets left, window gets right,
because gets.

Speaker 1 (01:06:41):
Both, you've got more room on either side.

Speaker 5 (01:06:42):
Yeah yeah, yeah, loudly saying you're welcome when someone doesn't
thank you for a courtesy. I got to the point
where if people didn't give me a little acknowledgment on
a zebra crossing, i'd lightly toot.

Speaker 6 (01:06:54):
Yeah, that's the pity hill I'm going to die on.

Speaker 4 (01:06:56):
Or when you wait for someone to come up the
stairs at the gym and they don't acknowledge you're open.

Speaker 5 (01:07:01):
For them, walking straight into people who try to board
a train or elevator before letting you off.

Speaker 6 (01:07:07):
You know, when it opens, you're supposed to.

Speaker 1 (01:07:09):
Let people get off before you can get on.

Speaker 4 (01:07:11):
Exactly, So the pettyhill this person Okay, yeah, see I
said I wasn't petty but maybe a aim because I
do this when people walk down the street and it's
a very narrow footpath and they're walking three.

Speaker 1 (01:07:21):
Across, yeah, and the one on the side doesn't move
because they want to be chanting to their friends, and
I just walked straight at them.

Speaker 6 (01:07:27):
And so that's your petty hill.

Speaker 1 (01:07:28):
And they look at me like what are you doing.
I'm like, well, you're taking up the hire footpath.

Speaker 6 (01:07:33):
Yeah, yeah, I did the same. But someone said that
if a man's walking towards them, they'll never adjust their stride.
You were just for me.

Speaker 4 (01:07:40):
I'm sorry man or woman, if you're taking up the
whole footpath, move.

Speaker 6 (01:07:45):
Saying the line starts back there when someone tries to
cut in.

Speaker 5 (01:07:49):
Death steering, loud talkers and a quiet carriage on a
plane or a train or a bus or something like that.
There's so many oh calling out people who litter, making
someone like if someone even if there's other seats on
public transport, if someone has a bag that they've put,
you know, a seat where they put the bag on,
choosing that seat. Yeah, that kind of pity behavior is

(01:08:14):
what I want to hear from our listeners. What is
the pity hill that you will die on.

Speaker 1 (01:08:18):
Yeah, that pity stuff you always call out, or just really.

Speaker 5 (01:08:21):
Maybe it's mine's definitely if the toilet paper roll is
empty and it hasn't been removed, putting down the toilet
seat and putting it on top so that the next
person it's like, right, Haley, what is the energy here?
Like you can just put it in the bin and
it's all sort of it, but it's like, no, I

(01:08:42):
want you to know that this is not my job
to do this. You just put it on their side
of the bed. Yeah, so when they get into bed,
they're like, why's your toilet roll here?

Speaker 7 (01:08:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:08:50):
Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Speaker 1 (01:08:50):
And then if they don't change your behavior after that,
you put spikes one.

Speaker 4 (01:08:53):
Well, as I say, just put a bit of poo
on their pillow case and say, well, because you use
the toilet paper and replace it, I had to find
something to wipe with.

Speaker 1 (01:09:00):
It seems toxic.

Speaker 6 (01:09:02):
That's really pity.

Speaker 9 (01:09:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:09:03):
If that's the hell you want to die on, that's fine.

Speaker 4 (01:09:05):
Okay, give us a call eight hundred dollars at him
ticks through nine six nine.

Speaker 6 (01:09:09):
Six, tell us the pity hill that you're willing to
die on.

Speaker 1 (01:09:12):
Talking now about the pity hells that you'll die on.

Speaker 5 (01:09:15):
Yeah, a lot of people sharing online, I mean the
grammatically correct people coming in here. When you say me
and Vaughn are going to the shops.

Speaker 4 (01:09:23):
Yes, Unaie yeah, Aiden? What what is the pity hell
that you will die on?

Speaker 7 (01:09:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
I reckon that.

Speaker 1 (01:09:31):
There's like a special place in hell for the people
that try and get ahead an emerging lane, So they'll
jump into the right lane and get.

Speaker 8 (01:09:37):
Ahead of you.

Speaker 1 (01:09:39):
I will like purposely stood in front of you and
I like you stay back there, you, I'm going to
get around. I'm going to get around you, Aiden, and
I'm going to get around you.

Speaker 6 (01:09:47):
I know that feeling when you're like, this is my
personal judy. Do you know, buck up your day?

Speaker 4 (01:09:51):
Other people have that pity hell, that pity thing where
they won't let in a car. Because I was worth
our friend Mike at the weekend on the motorway and
no one would let him in. But he was driving
one of those rich wanky cars yeah, yeah, the Defender,
and he was like, people won't let us in. I'm like, yeah,
but they'd let the cent if we're in a dung
out Yeah. And do you do that where you're like
you don't let them manifest you're letting a Lamborghinian. You've

(01:10:16):
got all day, mate, Aiden, thank you, Arlie's go to
t T. What's the pity hell that you'll die on?

Speaker 1 (01:10:24):
Tea?

Speaker 15 (01:10:25):
Oh so am My pitty hell that I will die
on is when I'm breastfeeding and someone looks at me
funny and expects me to stop.

Speaker 1 (01:10:35):
Oh yeah, yeah, what do you flop the other TI
out for good measure?

Speaker 6 (01:10:40):
I would, I would.

Speaker 1 (01:10:44):
One out them both.

Speaker 5 (01:10:47):
Ye yeah, I do the exact same thing. I reckon
and I don't even breastfeed. I'll just get them out.

Speaker 1 (01:10:54):
Oh yeah, that's a problem.

Speaker 9 (01:10:55):
But the reason to get them out Yeah yeah yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:10:58):
T thank you.

Speaker 3 (01:10:59):
Some messages in we asked on Instagram and some replies.
When somebody says I could care less, I said, actually
it's I couldn't care less un as you could kim less.

Speaker 12 (01:11:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:11:10):
If I wish you a happy birthday and you don't
do the same, then we're no longer friends, says Mart's.
If someone forces their way out of a junction, I'll
speed up purposely, not to let them out.

Speaker 4 (01:11:20):
That's another traffic situation. Yes, crocs are not for adults.
Oh you wore crops two laneway. Yeah, they were perfect, cross,
they were perfect.

Speaker 1 (01:11:28):
I love this one.

Speaker 5 (01:11:29):
My pity hell I'll die on is if I see
someone in the express lane, twelve on them ExpressLane.

Speaker 6 (01:11:34):
I start loudly counting their items to sixteen. The other
day and the lady had a meltdown at me.

Speaker 1 (01:11:40):
Let you said, audiobox do not count as reading. You
can say you listen to it. You can't say you
read them. They are so you listen to it. Pitty
hells that you will die on.

Speaker 6 (01:11:50):
That's just so good.

Speaker 1 (01:11:51):
I love it. Merging.

Speaker 4 (01:11:52):
If you merge too early and that starts backing up traffic,
I'll take advantage of that empty lane and zoom right
up until that lane disappear.

Speaker 1 (01:12:00):
Is no.

Speaker 7 (01:12:02):
I do that.

Speaker 3 (01:12:04):
No, it's an empty lane. It's a lot of wasted
time here when someone says not ask.

Speaker 5 (01:12:11):
I love asking people if they need a dog poo bag.
When they just leave the dog po without picking it up,
you need to borrow, borrow one.

Speaker 3 (01:12:18):
I'm English reads this tech, so we're pretty good at
being pity there that I went to the beach, I
came out with the kids in a bloke could park
right up against the car, can get a waif of
thin mint between them, so I called him out on it.
And the thing was there was no one parking on
the other side of the car, so we totally could
have got in and climbed across the seat.

Speaker 1 (01:12:33):
But that's not what it's all about.

Speaker 6 (01:12:36):
Oh yeah I did that.

Speaker 5 (01:12:37):
If someone says a Maori word with atrocious pronunciation, I'd
be like, sorry, where what?

Speaker 6 (01:12:43):
What taalpo? Where's there? What taalpo?

Speaker 10 (01:12:46):
What?

Speaker 6 (01:12:46):
What tope?

Speaker 13 (01:12:47):
Or ah?

Speaker 6 (01:12:48):
Interesting? You know what it is?

Speaker 9 (01:12:49):
Now?

Speaker 1 (01:12:51):
That immovable?

Speaker 3 (01:12:52):
What is the old saying about a unstoppable odrict meaning
and a movable an unstoppable force meeting and a movable object?

Speaker 4 (01:12:58):
Because I bet there'd be some old girls boys in
this country that would never attend. You could be there
for an hour and they're just saying over a whang array?
What whang array? What rang away? Where's that up?

Speaker 6 (01:13:10):
North?

Speaker 1 (01:13:10):
Wang array?

Speaker 12 (01:13:11):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:13:11):
I don't know, itarray.

Speaker 6 (01:13:14):
I love the amount of messages. And for if someone
tailgates you, slowing right down, you're ruining their day. I'll
always do.

Speaker 4 (01:13:22):
I've always said if I win lotto, I'll just slam
the brakes on. Yeah, you know, because that's I just
go buy an old car.

Speaker 1 (01:13:30):
And just get a red bull.

Speaker 4 (01:13:31):
Bar around the back of the cars on it, spikes
on it?

Speaker 3 (01:13:35):
Why do not I put spikes on it? Might not
got a warrn a fitness I don't know the rules.
I don't know where the VT stands on spikes.

Speaker 1 (01:13:42):
I feel like you're not allowed spikes unless it's a
post apocalyptic world. Not allowed spikes. That's PC madness.

Speaker 3 (01:13:48):
Mine, ah, mom's some other ones in here. I still
get people the silent treatment until they apologize.

Speaker 4 (01:13:57):
Oh yeah, I mean that's the if we know what
we've done. But sometimes we don't know what we've done. Yeah,
we're not mine.

Speaker 1 (01:14:04):
Readers, you know you're not.

Speaker 4 (01:14:06):
Yeah, that's wrong, nothing nothing, Nothing's wrong when people don't
get off the plane in order.

Speaker 3 (01:14:11):
When my God I was back, just starts weaving up
the plane. It's like, excuse me, wait for everybody else.
I last, you're going to poo in your pants.

Speaker 1 (01:14:18):
And you go to the toilet. I did that.

Speaker 4 (01:14:20):
I stopped someone so the other row, the ladies and
stuff could get out because some guy was just down. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:14:26):
I love the amount of people who are the pityhills
are down. They'll physically put themselves in the way of
someone like my petty hellers.

Speaker 3 (01:14:33):
Whenever I find my kids closed the shoes along on
the floor, I throw them out the nearest door or window.
It makes me feel a lot better and stops me
spending my time nagging for them to pick up their
crep throw them out the wind out and get the
things because they rains.

Speaker 4 (01:14:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:14:46):
Yeah, and then you're gonna have to buy the new one.

Speaker 6 (01:14:49):
When someone tries to cut in by going up the
off ramp lane, oh yeah, like they're going to overtake you,
I just speed up and slow down and force them
to have to use that excerpt.

Speaker 1 (01:15:00):
That's devious. So good teacher.

Speaker 6 (01:15:05):
Can't get back off?

Speaker 3 (01:15:05):
Can you?

Speaker 2 (01:15:07):
The podcast network?

Speaker 1 (01:15:09):
What's going on?

Speaker 4 (01:15:10):
Ms fletched, Vaughn and Haley sex sexty on M Fletch
Vawn and Hailey and off in the studio with us Chris.

Speaker 6 (01:15:19):
That's you. Welcome guys, Good morning. Chris and I have
to share a mike. We've we've brought this up there
when we've got talking to the.

Speaker 5 (01:15:33):
Now we were just looking at we were just reflecting
because you guys are about are you going to be
the first to perform in the new theater at the
Convention Center.

Speaker 3 (01:15:42):
And We were one that famously caught fire when somebody
put down their blow torch and went on smartco.

Speaker 4 (01:15:48):
Yeah, yes, you know that was twenty nineteen and it's
only just opening. Got we moved faster news Inland.

Speaker 6 (01:15:57):
On a hustle.

Speaker 1 (01:15:58):
It's you're kind of a chilred smell in the convention center.
Have they got that out? I think they for breeze
that man. They got rug doctors. They they had to
get since.

Speaker 6 (01:16:10):
So it's it's called the Tippie Pie Theater. How big
is that? How many does it seat in the theater?

Speaker 13 (01:16:16):
About three thousand and there?

Speaker 6 (01:16:17):
That's nice, that's nice.

Speaker 13 (01:16:20):
Doesn't have anything that size.

Speaker 6 (01:16:21):
Nah, because with the next one, but the Civic is
like two and then you're going to get mess and.

Speaker 1 (01:16:28):
Then how many about what about the town hall? How
many can fit in there?

Speaker 13 (01:16:33):
That's small? I'd say fifteen hundred.

Speaker 4 (01:16:35):
So this is going to be a great like venue
for like mid size kind of bands or touring.

Speaker 5 (01:16:41):
Are you guys are doing it to celebrate the opening
of it, because no offense, But you guys can do
like even.

Speaker 16 (01:16:49):
Not not but not really doing it for them. I
mean we're this is on Friday. We got our album
coming up. I said, we're going to do an album
released concert, so something different. I suppose for our fans,
we're going to be listening to the whole new album
and then they'll only have had ten hours to kind
of study up on it, you know. Yeah, so it's
a celebration of our new album, but also be playing
a bunch of the classics.

Speaker 6 (01:17:09):
So so when you say because the new album right here,
right now, when you see listen to it, I was like,
what are you guys gonna sit around put it on
the seat?

Speaker 13 (01:17:16):
We're like what, you know, what are we just sitting
there and listening to a gig? This is the new show.

Speaker 6 (01:17:22):
So you play a top to bottom well, you know,
with a couple of few.

Speaker 3 (01:17:27):
But you recorded the new album like a live show, right,
Everything was recorded at once. It wasn't done track by
track or.

Speaker 13 (01:17:33):
Yeah, stebbings if you know the old building up on
Jovois Roads, like.

Speaker 1 (01:17:38):
It was built in like the sixties and it's still
the sixties inside the exactly the yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:17:43):
Wow, do you ever feel like do you prefer as
a band these intimate venues or do you like love
the even part the huge crowds?

Speaker 13 (01:17:53):
We just love them all we'd love to perform.

Speaker 16 (01:17:55):
You know, in the space of a year, we went
from playing a stadium to playing the Operause Steps to
playing the chatterm Islands to playing at a convention center.

Speaker 4 (01:18:06):
Huge.

Speaker 1 (01:18:09):
What was that like, did you get isn't it one
flight in a week, one flight out a week?

Speaker 16 (01:18:15):
No, it's daily, fly peak, it might be daily, there
might be a time, okay weekly is it?

Speaker 1 (01:18:22):
No way? Yeah, I think they've got one or two away.

Speaker 4 (01:18:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 16 (01:18:24):
Yeah, you guys played New Way and I was probably
on the Cars in the future.

Speaker 13 (01:18:30):
Yeah, but no, we're just uh, they're all fun for
their own reasons.

Speaker 16 (01:18:34):
Yeah, you can be a bit lighter with these smaller
intimate venues, and they're the bigger stadiums, Like it's a
it's kind of clockwork. You know, you're trying to get
the attention of forty thousand people at once.

Speaker 6 (01:18:43):
So it's a bit more drilled because you guys are
playing the news May sixteen. Yeah, looking forward to that,
chriss I just realized you're sort of hanging off side
of the micaels bringing you into.

Speaker 17 (01:18:59):
Yeah, I mean, christ is gonna be amazing that we
were lucky enough to go check out the stadium.

Speaker 13 (01:19:03):
We went had a look around it.

Speaker 17 (01:19:05):
I want to know, it's real cool, like they've done
such a good job and you know, it's just it's
really special for christ you know, it's been a long
you know, the something play underneath it. You know, it's
been a bumpy road. You know, Chross has had a
hard time of it. So it's going to be a huge.

Speaker 4 (01:19:23):
Mate.

Speaker 6 (01:19:26):
It's two same, yeah, but that's going to be amazing.
Because so we went to.

Speaker 1 (01:19:32):
August if you just forget her every day.

Speaker 6 (01:19:36):
Possible, but we went like, that's so good that ven
Princess Princes. We went to it's sharing in that kind
of like makeshift sort of shipping container thing, which is
what's the name of that stadium shipping ship stadium.

Speaker 1 (01:19:51):
Yeah, yeah, So you get twos of.

Speaker 3 (01:19:54):
All because you said you had a tour of the
stadium and you've been into the new International convenent.

Speaker 1 (01:19:57):
Have you been in the city railroad or anything else?
Like we are so one that's really cool city.

Speaker 4 (01:20:06):
That would be great just like a little intimate venue
on the on the train, but the acoustics be like
in a rail tunnel terrible.

Speaker 13 (01:20:12):
It's funny the places we can go.

Speaker 16 (01:20:16):
We've kind of got a key to the We're at
the very top of skytowel the other day a couple
of songs. I'm not not in the revolving restaurants. I'm
talking like climbing letders.

Speaker 1 (01:20:25):
Oh yeah, I've done that.

Speaker 4 (01:20:26):
It's quite yeah. Yeah, you found to do that, and
then they shut it down. I think all the antennas
there maybe.

Speaker 3 (01:20:33):
Microwave and your brain, yeah yeah, really you might want
to go to an oncologist and get a scan because.

Speaker 1 (01:20:41):
There were there were.

Speaker 13 (01:20:43):
Becos signs everywhere.

Speaker 5 (01:20:45):
Especially talking to you guys, do you as a band,
do you talk about your goals? Because you, guys, you
just sell out everything and like after COVID we were
like so happy for six sixty like the biggest concert
in the world. Then Metallica, like one of the greatest
bands of time came here and covered your song.

Speaker 6 (01:21:02):
Did they do a good job?

Speaker 5 (01:21:05):
Not important, you know, up to the chooser. But do
you have like more goals as a group that you
want to tick off?

Speaker 13 (01:21:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:21:13):
Yeah, otherwise like there's no end inside obviously.

Speaker 16 (01:21:17):
But we just want I guess we want to we
understand like how great, like how amazing is we get
to do this? Yeah, we're doing something we love and
get to make a living from it. I because we
want to do this for as long as possible at
the highest level we can possibly do. And really, you know,
at the beginning, we actually kind of we considered things
were valuable because it was like really hard and stressful,

(01:21:38):
and I think it's kind of evolved into just how
much joy and fun we're having in these processes. So
maybe the goal is just to have as much fun
for as long as as long as possible, as long
as people are paying attention. So and assigned from the
New Zealand gigs coming up? Any plans to go to
the Aussie in Europe places, there's a whole run, whole

(01:21:58):
world tour being put togither Wow that I had nothing
to do with.

Speaker 6 (01:22:05):
Plane.

Speaker 13 (01:22:06):
I'll get an email about at some point I have
to tell my wife that I'm leaving.

Speaker 6 (01:22:10):
Way to the list.

Speaker 1 (01:22:13):
You'll be going for a week one one fight now?

Speaker 5 (01:22:15):
Yeah, well, so your new album right here, right now
out on Friday, good luck the New Convention Center party.

Speaker 4 (01:22:25):
Be doing any blow torching, don't put it down and
walk away for smarcoly No Pyro, leave your.

Speaker 6 (01:22:34):
Blow torture at home. Sex sexy, Thank you so.

Speaker 2 (01:22:36):
Much, thank you needwork plays. It ends flesh fornon Haley.

Speaker 6 (01:22:41):
I want to ask, what did you do with the
money that you found?

Speaker 5 (01:22:46):
But it you stumbled across it on the street or
maybe found it in your house.

Speaker 4 (01:22:51):
I went to an ATM once and it was just
in the money, but in a little yeah how much
it was a hundred.

Speaker 3 (01:22:58):
Eight thinks true or a lie that if you don't
take your money out of the cash machine after a
certain amount of time, it sucks it back in.

Speaker 1 (01:23:06):
Maybe now it does might scresend it me once.

Speaker 4 (01:23:09):
That's why they give you the card first, because most
people take the money and then just forget their card.
Yeah yeah, yeah, but yeah it goes card, then money
and are they the receipt was still there, So I
went back to the bank because they only had like
twenty bucks left. Yeah right, I was like, if they
had like twenty thousand, I would have taken it.

Speaker 6 (01:23:26):
Okay, what about two hundred thousand dollars it's mine?

Speaker 1 (01:23:30):
No, wait, we've talked about.

Speaker 6 (01:23:31):
This before, right, So this was in twenty twenty one.

Speaker 5 (01:23:34):
There was a couple who went into the ceiling of
their house and in tucked within the insulation, your pink
bats or whatever it was. Were these I want to say,
it looks like criminal bricks of cash to the churn
of two hundred thousand dollars, life changing amount of money. Yes,
And since twenty twenty one they reported it to the

(01:23:57):
police and said you know that, The police said.

Speaker 6 (01:24:01):
It probably proceeds of crime and whatnot. It's dirty money.

Speaker 1 (01:24:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:24:05):
But this couple have been in court since then basically
saying that they should be able to keep the money
because they had no part in any of the criminal activity.

Speaker 4 (01:24:15):
Well, so how do they have the police proved it
was part of Is this not covered under nineteen seventy
fours Finders Keepers Loses Weepers Act, the Second Amendments, and
of course the first Amendment. They're no good, there was
it wasn't enough rights for weepers. No, no, no, really,
it was actually finders keepers losers wheat weet weet weet
weeps no money.

Speaker 6 (01:24:36):
I don't know if the courts actually proved it or not.

Speaker 5 (01:24:38):
I can't see, but that the thinking behind their lawyer's
point of view is that they should be able to
keep it.

Speaker 6 (01:24:44):
They found that they were not.

Speaker 1 (01:24:45):
They owned the property.

Speaker 5 (01:24:46):
Now on the property, they were not involved in the
crime that this has come from. And if the court's
rule that they can't have this, it's just going to
discourage people from bringing this forward, and that you know.

Speaker 6 (01:24:56):
Bringing yes, other findings for which may lead police to
actual crime.

Speaker 4 (01:25:00):
Because if you find something that's not a proceed of crime,
like on the street, you found two hundred thousand dollars
in a bag, you would get it back if nobody
came forward.

Speaker 6 (01:25:09):
I claimed it, nobody proved it was there, yes, right,
So interesting.

Speaker 5 (01:25:14):
The lawyer also said that in a number of other
countries cases just like this, even if they have proven
that it's drug money, eventually would be returned to find
as keepers loser.

Speaker 4 (01:25:25):
Sweepers of seventy four second Amendment exactly what is going
to happen to the money then?

Speaker 5 (01:25:30):
So yeah, so the've ruled, the court ruled no, this
is just used today. The court said no, you can't
have it. So they're still finding to be.

Speaker 1 (01:25:37):
Like why not? Also at the Saint have they spent
two hundred thousand dollars on lawyers? Probably? Do you think
some lawyer did it for free?

Speaker 4 (01:25:45):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:25:46):
Yeah, interesting, Yeah, I know, I kind of get why
you would come forward because if that is drug money
and someone is locked up in prison and then they
get out and want their money back and they come
around to your house. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:25:58):
So originally when they first found that, police win and
they installed cameras and all sorts of security measures at
their house just to make sure right that, Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:26:07):
Someone wasn't like, can I know where that is?

Speaker 9 (01:26:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:26:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:26:11):
Wow, So reporting it would.

Speaker 5 (01:26:13):
Be the best thing to do if you found it,
because you might be in danger anyway. I don't think
we're going to hear from anyone that's found something that big.
But what did you do with the money you found?
Be it big or small?

Speaker 4 (01:26:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:26:23):
Did you tell?

Speaker 4 (01:26:24):
Because if it's just a note, you take it right,
or maybe you took a note and then someone came
after it so it was their Yeah yeah, okay, Well
this happens all the time. People just drop money. Oh
eight hundred dollars at M give us a call. You
can take through nine six nine secs.

Speaker 6 (01:26:42):
What did you do with the money that you found?

Speaker 1 (01:26:45):
You give us a call, tex stay and sit m
asking you right now?

Speaker 6 (01:26:48):
What did you do with the money that you found.

Speaker 5 (01:26:50):
There's a couple that found two hundred thousand dollars in
the ceiling and christ Church a number of years ago,
and court has ruled that they don't get to keep
it because how nice were two hundred little thousand dollars
dropped in your pocket?

Speaker 1 (01:27:06):
Police get to keep it? And what are they going
to buy? Some battering rams or something?

Speaker 4 (01:27:10):
Right like?

Speaker 1 (01:27:10):
It goes back into the cadea.

Speaker 6 (01:27:12):
Well, what does the kidy get spent on?

Speaker 4 (01:27:14):
Pepper spray pepper sprayzers?

Speaker 1 (01:27:16):
Probably a year more guns.

Speaker 5 (01:27:19):
Those expensive black boots the cops wear, those tight little.

Speaker 1 (01:27:22):
T shirts were actually there's been a year seam stress.

Speaker 6 (01:27:25):
It pays for the same stress for who tightens those ons?

Speaker 1 (01:27:28):
Now you're happy this family didn't get that two hundred
thousand use of money. Emily, what happened to the money
that you found? You found a wallet?

Speaker 6 (01:27:36):
We found a wallet in a store. It was we
were on our way to our high school.

Speaker 15 (01:27:40):
Entrance exams and this wallet was like so full of money,
there is absolutely no way it was going to close,
like it was bursting, and we're very kindly, being a
bunch of thirteen year olds, did take it to the
customer service and the guy came up and he got it,
and he was so overjoyed they found it, and he

(01:28:01):
gave us enough money to go and get some McDonald's.

Speaker 1 (01:28:07):
Ancel you need when you're thirteen, just a bit of nonies.

Speaker 14 (01:28:10):
It was great.

Speaker 1 (01:28:11):
Yeah, hell yeah, Emily, thank you. Let's go to Anna. Anna,
what happened to the money that you found?

Speaker 14 (01:28:18):
I found a what of thousands and thousands of thousands
of dollars and a phone voice outside the FBI building
in the States.

Speaker 1 (01:28:27):
Okay, this is the start of a movie.

Speaker 14 (01:28:30):
Anna, Yeah, no, right, and I'm I'm thinking someone's put
a cross on a lamp post so they know that
the money has been dropped off, and I'm looking around
thinking I'm about to be shot. Yeah, fascination style. So yeah,
I took it into the FBI building, but I did

(01:28:50):
say that I wanted someone to look after me because
I was skewed. I was going to get shot by hitman.

Speaker 1 (01:28:59):
Yeah, They're like, all right, calm down, get shot.

Speaker 14 (01:29:06):
Then they opened the bag and it was a travelation
who had left your banking there when she was on
a phone call.

Speaker 1 (01:29:12):
Oh my god, that's amazing.

Speaker 5 (01:29:15):
Damn that I should have taken it, Yeah, because it's
not crime, it's just some silly tar to left behind.

Speaker 14 (01:29:21):
Forgive for I got a really beautiful sake, you cad
with twenty American dollars.

Speaker 1 (01:29:26):
So it's just so much. I'm sorry.

Speaker 6 (01:29:27):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 4 (01:29:30):
I mean, you know, they probably weren't getting paid much
and it was a store's money, but I'd want at
least a.

Speaker 6 (01:29:35):
Hundred, all right.

Speaker 14 (01:29:37):
But I've got to say I've never been so petrified.
But then I was quite excited. I thought maybe I'm
like the middle of a drug must and I'll be
on like TV.

Speaker 1 (01:29:45):
And yeah, of your life, Anna, Yeah, that's the thing
that you take that money.

Speaker 4 (01:29:50):
If you didn't know it was, you know, from a business,
you'd always be looking over your shoulder, wouldn't you.

Speaker 1 (01:29:55):
Yeah you would, Yeah, absolutely, no way. It was great story.
The FBI building made it. Yeah. I ed thank you
some messages, and I was waiting at line.

Speaker 3 (01:30:07):
In an eighteen minute old lady got him money out
and she was very paranoid, looking over her shoulder. Then
left in a rush, and I moved forward, did my
thing about twenty bucks, and then the tray was three
hundred plus my twenty.

Speaker 1 (01:30:16):
So I ran down the street and passed her cash.
Not a single thank you. All I got was a
filthy look what that is? Disgusting?

Speaker 6 (01:30:25):
That is disgusting.

Speaker 3 (01:30:26):
I was kicking leaves walking up Queen Street and looked
down to realize it was three hundred dollars worth of
cash just and amongst the leaves.

Speaker 1 (01:30:34):
Oh so, must have fallen out of someone's pocket. I
saw it.

Speaker 3 (01:30:37):
I picked it all up. I gave a few hundred
bucks to some people living rough nearby, and then keep
the rest good stuff, good stuff really. I found a
crisp one hundred dollar note in our front garden, by
our front door resent.

Speaker 4 (01:30:47):
It looked like it had been placed there. We asked
our neighbors if it was. There's about a week. After
a week, we decided to keep out. Got ourselves in
outdoor gazebra.

Speaker 1 (01:30:53):
Oh lovely, both one hundreds though that's.

Speaker 3 (01:30:57):
A takedown in the wind gazebe or that's going to
be a perma that's going into the neighbors permanent ranchlider,
isn't it.

Speaker 4 (01:31:04):
I worked in a retirement village. Found a fifty dollars
note out of residence window.

Speaker 1 (01:31:07):
She was home. I could have returned it and said
I bought a box of beers for the ship. I
was going to mention it to her.

Speaker 4 (01:31:14):
She passed away soon afterwards. It haunts me to this day. Look, oh,
I'm sure she wouldn't have been able to spend it anyway.

Speaker 1 (01:31:21):
She would have wanted you to have a box of beers.
She would have she would have wanted that.

Speaker 6 (01:31:26):
She's actually passed on that message to us through.

Speaker 1 (01:31:28):
A hold on. She stoked, what kind of beers did
you get? Yep?

Speaker 3 (01:31:35):
Actually she's holding judgment till she finds out what kind
of beers you got, because if you say, like two
weeks or yeah, by yourself an eight six term, we
need to know what kind of beers you purchased with
Ethel's fifty dollars.

Speaker 1 (01:31:47):
Well, follow up with that next.

Speaker 4 (01:31:49):
Also, producer Shannon has had somewhat of a disruption to
her daily routine and she's absolutely devastated, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:31:57):
By this news play.

Speaker 4 (01:32:03):
And Haley, box of Hekens twenty four box of Heinekens.

Speaker 1 (01:32:07):
Is what that guy bought with the fifty dollars. It
fell out of a pension his window at the tirement
village only days before she passed.

Speaker 6 (01:32:13):
At least it was a twenty four.

Speaker 1 (01:32:16):
You know, And that's not a bad He's had a
good fine there.

Speaker 6 (01:32:20):
When I have a heinegn, I'm like, nothing wrong with that,
you know.

Speaker 5 (01:32:22):
Yeah, you got to be super cold there, it is
cold beer got to be cold. Now, our producer Shannon
actually been having a bit of a rough run lately.
You've been quite Unwow, we've missed the way you've been away.

Speaker 1 (01:32:32):
And she's had it in her crochet and like nos stolen.

Speaker 5 (01:32:37):
Yeah, she has a crochet lightness stolen. She's on a
crochet break because of a blood class in your arm.

Speaker 11 (01:32:45):
Yeah, soft launch. I got a blood clot, soft.

Speaker 6 (01:32:47):
Launched on the blood cloth.

Speaker 1 (01:32:48):
That was probably a hardest lot everywhere.

Speaker 9 (01:32:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (01:32:51):
True.

Speaker 6 (01:32:51):
But when just when we think things couldn't get worse
for Shannon, oh my goodness, she's she's actually had some
devastating news.

Speaker 7 (01:32:58):
I'm glad we've all gathered here to talk about this
because it's been hard for me this last week and
I've been dying to chat to my good, genuine friends
with Horn, Haley and Carwin.

Speaker 11 (01:33:07):
Now, as you know, I am a big word player.

Speaker 7 (01:33:11):
I spend about ninety dollars a year on my New
York Times subscription.

Speaker 11 (01:33:15):
And I play all of the games every day religiously.

Speaker 5 (01:33:19):
And you never stopped like when it went out of
vogue and we all decided flitch and I went first,
and then you know, Vaughan sort of tossled off.

Speaker 6 (01:33:26):
A bad Yeah.

Speaker 11 (01:33:27):
No, I'm in and I play every game. I do
the crossword every single day.

Speaker 4 (01:33:30):
The many are big, big, interesting that doctor Shawney hasn't messed.

Speaker 3 (01:33:34):
For crosswood help today. He won't message you ever again
before lane where he was just dropping like half finished crosswords.
I mean I was just like bank bank, bank bank,
a message to you. Now you're at the door, you've been.

Speaker 6 (01:33:48):
Replaying relay.

Speaker 11 (01:33:51):
Cross Crossword.

Speaker 4 (01:33:54):
I have talked about a little bit of doctor when
he sucks at crosswords.

Speaker 1 (01:33:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:33:58):
By the way, it was like red irritated patch of skin.
Four letters starts with our, ends with H. I'm like rash, Okay,
that is a joke. Now he's very he was very
up sit with what you said about him. So I
just light he's upset because it's the truth ring in
the doorbell.

Speaker 1 (01:34:15):
Oh, it's the truth. And sometimes it's hard to face
pretend you're not well.

Speaker 6 (01:34:20):
This is the man that diagnosed and healed my two
months long step.

Speaker 3 (01:34:24):
He's a great Yeah, medical professionals. Six letters long starts
with D, third letters of C, last one and I.

Speaker 1 (01:34:31):
And he's just like, I don't know what it is. Mean,
he's going to come back to me. It's doctor, dude,
it is you.

Speaker 4 (01:34:36):
He's coming back to me for the cross word help
after this, it's done with.

Speaker 3 (01:34:39):
This Irish name often spelled s H A U N.
Four letters start for this ends of the end, and
I'm like, it's Sean, it's you.

Speaker 7 (01:34:48):
Well, it's been a big change to New York Times
and this is revolutionary for word also, as you know,
there's a five letter word. Once a word has been
the answer, it's off the list. So people will change
what their starting word is as if it's been an answer,
you couldn't get it in one.

Speaker 6 (01:35:02):
Toast is a good one and that's got two teas.
Starting word.

Speaker 7 (01:35:08):
I go love, Taser, taser, cloud, pinky are my three
words and it gets all the vowels, get some of
the good consonants.

Speaker 11 (01:35:15):
But big news and wordle Land.

Speaker 1 (01:35:21):
She's been in the hospital for a week. This is
the most upsidi.

Speaker 6 (01:35:25):
Extreme health shows, but she's.

Speaker 7 (01:35:26):
Very The past answers are now eligible for a second
direct and they did this right.

Speaker 11 (01:35:34):
So the first ever answer and.

Speaker 7 (01:35:35):
Wordle was the word cigar, and they said, hey, guys,
we're bringing back the answers, and I said, there's no
way they.

Speaker 6 (01:35:40):
Couldn't do it.

Speaker 1 (01:35:43):
Words is that the problem? Basically, so it has to.

Speaker 7 (01:35:46):
Be a word that the general public would know. When
he made it, he asked his wife every day, is
just the word?

Speaker 10 (01:35:51):
You know?

Speaker 11 (01:35:52):
And he's kind of run out of those words. Recently
it was x toll and everyone.

Speaker 7 (01:35:56):
Was mad because so he brought back for the first
time since day one. Cigar was the answer, and people
were up in arms, including myself.

Speaker 11 (01:36:06):
This is this is really worri upset man, Why.

Speaker 1 (01:36:08):
Not just go to six letters?

Speaker 6 (01:36:10):
Then that calm down?

Speaker 1 (01:36:15):
Okay? Doctor?

Speaker 6 (01:36:18):
Oh my god?

Speaker 4 (01:36:20):
I just googled who is still playing wordle? And it
says here, listen to this. Wordle remains highly popular with
millions of daily players, even years after its twenty twenty
one launch. The audience size blah blah blah, player based demographics.

Speaker 1 (01:36:33):
Here we go.

Speaker 4 (01:36:34):
Okay, middle aged adults thirty five to fifty four.

Speaker 6 (01:36:37):
That's Shannon's spirit. Yeah, how much she thrived on a
cruise ship.

Speaker 7 (01:36:42):
And remember the Challenger crash forty years ago. I think
myself and my fellow crossworders all in the twenties.

Speaker 1 (01:36:51):
There's no way you remember the charge forty years ago.

Speaker 11 (01:36:54):
It's had such an impact on my life that.

Speaker 1 (01:36:56):
I feel like I'm yeah, okay, well thoughts and pressed
fay out.

Speaker 11 (01:37:02):
Their cigar is off the table.

Speaker 1 (01:37:04):
Steam, my starting word, steam is back.

Speaker 11 (01:37:06):
On the table one.

Speaker 6 (01:37:08):
Steam's brilliant. I do meats, I do steak.

Speaker 7 (01:37:12):
But it could never be Hale Hailey. It could never
be meets because it can't be a plural.

Speaker 6 (01:37:16):
