Speaker 1 (00:00):
From the Zidium podcast network. It's Fleet and Hailey's a
little bit of pod.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Welcome to a little bit of pod.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Well, I just had my youngest daughter's twelfth birthday, which
is an insane sentence to say out loud, we just
had my birthday yesterday, and then now you've got a
twelve and a fourteen year old.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
That's weird that a fourteen year old and a forty
seven year old? God how old?

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Then that makes me bloody feel Oh my, so tried
something new for the cake.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
I love making a birthday cake.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
Probably my peaceler resistance was August's third birthday cake, which was.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
When I made the Malwana cake. Oh yeah, I had
jelly in it.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Tip tip from an experienced player, don't put the jelly
in until just before you're about to serve the cake.
Then overnight and the jelly ate through the icing, through
the cake and then dribblele through the fridge.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Not where you want your jelly.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
Did you try to do an Australian woman's weekly pool situation?

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Yeah it.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Momlana was on her boat, Mary was on the volcano
and they were like little figurines.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
Imagine you ordered a Moliner cake from Timu.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Yeah she loved it.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Yeah she did. I found she was three.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
She's literally a baby.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
So this year it was a Hunger Games cake, said
to the Hunger Games. Yeah, made the cake and wanted
to do like you're familiar with the mocking japin the
Golden Thing.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Yeah, in the Hunger Games. Yeah, this is what we did.
Myself and Amy, my girlfriend, sat down to make some cake.
What oh yess your wife one, I'm sorry, So we
made this cake. By the way, did you know sour
cream can be chocolate icing?

Speaker 3 (01:47):
You to try this?

Speaker 1 (01:49):
You don't tell people and they're like young icing. You're
like sour cream, sour cream, Dutch cocone, a little bit
of salt. Oh yeah, okay, that's good stuff. And it
made and it made the most delicious icing. But then
we had to the chocolate I'm having for dinner. You've
just you know this something cho Well, you can make
chocolates our cream and have sort of a reporting nachos
some boots. I mean, we're all trying to eat a

(02:11):
little bit healthier.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
But yeah, I'm forty seven now, myabalism slowed down and
I'm getting soft.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
Joined it, you know, sort of with you know, like,
what's the thing when you get like a fantom I'm
fantom aging with you. Yeah, yeah, mine's sluggish but not.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Maybe it's because I keep inviting you to the gem
and you don't come. Hey, I've been better, You've been better.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Been learned by the hotties.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
So we wanted to make a this mocking jpen. How
are going to do this? Print it out? Printed it out?

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Yeah, on a piece of paper, a large piece of
a four paper, and then put baking paper over the top.
Put the baking paper on a cold.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Oven tray that had been in the fridge, and then
dribbled liquid chocolate.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
Oh lovely, and it's.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
The chocolate. What does that name? Melt it now?

Speaker 3 (03:03):
You know, like if you melt chocolate, yeah, sorry, great,
Kui Bakoff host hand On here canceled your low ratings.
If you like, just melt chocolate, you'll get like a
nice little chocolate thing. If you temper it, you get
that shine and the snap of you know, oh, I
don't know, perfect temperature that has to come to just right,

(03:24):
and then you temperate.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
Oh. We battled with the temperature. Melted it it was
too malty. Yeah, put it outside. It was cold night,
got too hard.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Melted it again. What for the bugs?

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Yeah, crunch yeah, then melted it again and then it
got too runny, fridged it for like ten seconds, went hard.
So it was a lot about So we might have
accidentally a little temper there and then and then put
it on perfect you can get edible gold glitter, yes,
and you.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Amazing. Actually yeah, I'll do have a great photo there.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Not that the listener right now can a benefit from that,
but I want them.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
To be may hear our reaction? Oh yeah, that's lovely.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Can you say.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Really wealthy? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (04:11):
And then some long I think mostly they's middle name,
but I think it's.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Actually she wants an aniemity on Facebook. She doesn't use
your last name. She just goes with a shame.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
So she goes by trying to stalk her.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
Look FORMI on Facebook.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
That's so good.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
But I'll tell you and I've just I think candles
add a lot to a cake. I was always just
jamming some half burnt down candles. But if you want
a real ones, yeah, you got to pick the candles
that match the cake.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
Nice long ones.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
That was actually lots of fun.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
Oh you're so good.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
I was making a cake.

Speaker 3 (04:47):
Well, if the great Kubi Bakoff comes back, you know
you and am shmami should you can't help.

Speaker 4 (04:52):
But notice my birthday you saiday, no cake from WRN.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
I was just going to say, get in the kitchen
because remembering in the kitchen every time I bring in
some leftover cake, yeap, like I have a couple of
times lately it's like, oh no, no, no, just since
you told me I was fat yesterday, Yeah, you are fat.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
I'm trying to make you fatter because I put on
tin kg last year. You look better.

Speaker 3 (05:19):
Yes, I also put on tea in the last year.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
This is bullshit.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
Motherfucker.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
Wait, how is it now my fault fat?

Speaker 3 (05:28):
With your acceptance of us however we are, I'm sorry
we need more shaming around here. If you had have
shamed us more consistently, we wouldn't have blown out right
collectively to the tune of twenty kg's.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Good God, how could you let this happen?

Speaker 3 (05:41):
How did you do this to us?
