در تمرین امروز میخوایم قدرت انتخابمون رو بهتر بشناسیم. برای این کار از افکارمون کمک میگیریم. ما ممکنه که به فکر اولی که به ذهنمون میاد کنترلی نداشته باشیم ولی به فکر دوم و سوم و بعدی که داریم. با تمرین امروز میخوایم یه کم این قدرت انتخاب رو بهتر در درونمون بشناسیم تا بتونیم در طول روز بهتر و آگاهانه تر ازش استفاده بکنیم.
