در این قسمت از پادکست به مهرطلبی و مشکلات حاصل از این عادت مخرب می‌پردازیم. مهر طلبی یکی از پررنگ‌ترین تیپ‌های شخصیتی است که در زندگی افراد مشکلات مختلفی ایجاد می‌کند. بیماران در این اختلال تا جایی پیش می‌روند که دچار افسردگی و پریشانی شده و از روند زندگی عادی خود خارج می‌شوند. این اختلال می‌تواند آسیب بزرگی به فرد در حیطه ازدواج، روابط اجتماعی و تربیت کودک وارد کند. مهر طلبی با ایجاد آسیب در افراد به نوعی اختلال تبدیل می‌شود که با انجام راهکارهایی همچون تقویت اعتماد به نفس، تقویت قدرت نه گفتن و جلوگیری از پاسخ‌های عجولانه و بدون تفکر قابل درمان است
