در این قسمت از پادکست به ادامه تعریف باور می‌پردازیم. باورها چیزهایی هستند که قلبا به آنها ایمان داریم. با این حال ممکن است برای برخی از مهمترین باورهای خود، هیچ مدرک و دلیل منطقی نداشته باشیم. در بسیاری موارد باورهای افرادی که به آنها اعتماد داریم، موجب شکل گیری باورها و اعتقادات ما می شوند
