تحولت منطقة جرف الصخر العراقية من منطقة زراعية الى ثكنة عسكرية للميليشيات الموالية لإيران منذ 10 أعوام، ومنع عودة الاهالي إليها وبقائهم في خيمات النزوح، واليوم يُراد تكرار هذه التجربة المريرة في مناطق اخرى من العراق ومنها الطارمية، حيث تعمل الميليشيات على التحريض على أهالي المنطقة للتمهيد لإحتلالها وتحويلها الى منطقة عسكرية لصناعة الاسلحة وادارة الميليشيات والمخدرات والأنشطة الممنوعة.
