Фриланс биржи по сути это те же доски объявлений. На них заказчик публикует проект, а исполнители предлагают свои услуги. Обычно перед началом работы заказчик ведет переговоры с несколькими исполнителями и выбирает максимально подходящего.
Фриланс бирж очень много, я советую ориентироваться на самые крупные англоязычные, например – upwork.com. Там надежнее заказчики, адекватная оплата и хорошая рабочая коммуникация (оплачиваемое тестовое, меньше правок и замечаний). Если с английским все плохо, а начать хочется уже то стартуйте с русскоязычных.
Я рекомендую изучать английский в свободное время. Один и тот же обьем работы на англоязычной бирже и русскоязычной может отличаться по оплате в 2-5 раз. Для начала работы на англоязычной фриланс бирже подойдет минимальный уровень грамотности и возможность вести текстовые переписки, не надо будет сразу созваниваться и обсуждать детали голосом.
