going through all that and ifyou don't, you might want to.
I talked I had a couple offormats, but I had three
(01:30):
co-hosts on my podcast and one Ireally I liked all three of
them my sister, donna Walker.
I brought her on and we talkedabout family support.
We talked about what it waslike for her to deal with me or
(01:51):
to not even and I don't want tosay that as if it sounds
negative I talked to Donna aboutwhat it was like after finding
out I had breast cancer was likeafter finding out.

There's family support and I'mgoing to tell you, family
support is the best and theydon't have to be friends.
Friends are considered family, right, we consider friends
(02:33):
family.
So if you got your friends andyour family around, or just your
family, the support of gettingthrough this is that much more
better mentally and emotionally.
So check out that episode.
I also brought my son on anotherco-host.
(02:54):

What was it like for him?
Because he was not only aco-survivor, he was also a
caretaker.
He was, he was so wonderful.
I mean, he's like okay, mom,let me know if you need me to go
(03:16):
to the store to do the nightruns, if you need anything, I'm
looking like.
But he was there, he was ready,he was there with the support,
there, with a positive attitude.
He also helped with bandagechanging because I had a wound
(03:36):
from a port that was put inwrongly and got infected.
Who was there there?
Steven, venus, donna, they wereall there taking care of me.
Steven and I talked about howit affects our relationship.
(03:56):
Did it change it for the goodor did it change it for the
worse?

he likes to do.
Yeah, I forgot to mention thatwith Donna Because Donna, she
started her own studio.
(04:18):

(06:03):
I got it right.
I got it right, but no, I did.
I did mess it up a little bitNow that I think about it
because I was kind of low andAieta was kind of loud, but she
was the highlight of this wholepodcast.
Sydney that she was thehighlight of the whole episode.
So as long as you hear her andwhat she has to say, I think
(06:27):
you'll be, it'll be verydressing for you.

me with my different moods sovitally important to me because
it helps me with my differentmoods but little did I know that
(10:26):
there are companies out theremaking their tea bags out of
plastic.
So I don't.
I don't want to drink tea withplastic.
So I did a whole.
I think it was like 30 minutes.
That podcast, that episode waslike 30 minutes.
I think it was like 30 minutes.
That podcast, that episode waslike 30 minutes, but it talked
about plastic in your tea andhow it affects you on a health
(10:48):
level.
