And then the positive mind.

I try not to really makedecisions.
I want to feel.

And do it every day for athousand days, even if you don't
want to, especially if you don'twant to.
Those days, make yourself do it.
Not because you wanting to forceyourself into something.

Structure for yourself.
Whenever you need it.

Pick something that's threeminutes long, pick something
that's 10 minutes or fiveminutes long.
See what happens.
See how your life changes.

strong and steady foundation.

Helps us set boundaries.
Being strong and our second bodyand our negative mind will help
us.
See ourselves as form.

So we create boundaries.
We know what we deserve anddon't deserve, and we take what
we do and we don't take what wedon't.
It helps us to organize ourlives.
And create structure.
The issue was.
Fear is a real thing.
That the negative mind kind offeeds off.

I'm not sure which way it goes,but it doesn't really matter.
Be mindful that you have accessto the positive mind to.
So whenever you're afraid ofsomething, also look and see
that there is.
Definite potential and there isdefinite goodness to whatever it

And try to make decisions, letthe negative mind do its work of
creating form and structure.
And showing you all the thingsthat can go wrong so you can
create eight.

But let yourself filterinformation.
