Introducing the 125 Roller Coaster Challenge - Trimmed & Stapled Podcast We know what you are thinking, ”Great another podcast about roller coaster top ten lists and ride debates”. Well yes, sort of... While Trimmed & Stapled will include our thoughts and opinions on the best hyper coasters we have ridden, which Disney parks has the best theming, and which wooden coaster needs to become the next RMC hybrid, we would also like to take a different approach. Each week we will spend about a half hour discussing our journey while we try to ride 125 new credits a season. So along with our lists we want to share our experiences, tell you why we choose to visit a particular park, why we did the coasters in a particular order and our journey from being GP to actually proudly calling ourselves enthusiasts. 125 Roller Coaster Challenge started out as a family adventure and each week we want to share that with you because when it is all said and done, the best memories come from the people who shared the ride. The kick off of our Power Rankings videos on the channel got us thinking about the "flat" rides at parks and in this episode we will discuss the best "thrilling" flat ride and best "family" flat ride at each of the 15 parks we have visited this season.

Having to stay close to home in June, we visited two parks and "kicked" them for the season. What do we mean by that, we recorded all the videos we had to for them so the next time we go, it's time for fun.

This season we are all about visiting and filming new parks and earlier this year we added DelGrosso to our roster, now we did the same for Dutch Wonderland. If you are going by distance, Dutch Wonderland is our second closes park (we did a google maps and it is 30 miles with Hersheypark is 27) but we never got to visit it cause it really isn't for our age group.

Sesame Place is our most popular full length video of all time so you know we have to go back every year to update our playlist. This year we stopped by for 3 hours (believe it,that is long enough for a 50 year old guy) and gave updates on the entire park, which we will be sharing here.

The summer is here and we are on the road. It took three years but we finally got back to DelGrosso Park near Altoona, PA.
This park is a traditional trolley park and has an amazing water park connected to it - Laguna Splash. We visited on Opening Weekend so let's discuss the park and our adventures there

It's Mother's Day - Time to spend some time with the family at our home Cedar Fair Park (yes, it is still considered that for us).
We ride most of the coasters (sorry Wild Mouse), had some amazing food, looked at the merch, and just enjoyed the day at this amazing park

Six Flags America is closing in November, 2025. There is nothing we can do to change that fact so it's time to visit and enjoy the park one last season.
That is what we did in this episode along with sharing what is actually new for this final season (yes, there is some new stuff).
We rode the coasters, ate the food, bought some merch, and are enjoying all the memories this park gave us since we started...
Knoebels is one of our home parks and we are lucky to have it so close that we can visit it numerous times throughout the season. We headed there in May to see what was new and rides some coasters.

It's official, Six Flags America will be no more after November 2025. It won't be saved, it won't be sold, it will just turn into the newest McMansion neighbor, newest Amazon warehouse or newest causal restaurant chain.
