Positive Reinforcement

Our new episode this week is centered on positive reinforcement.  A huge component of being in this industry is accepting negative feedback and using it as a tool to refine the project.   But sometimes, that’s a lot to take, right?  We talk about the importance of balancing negative input with positive.  It turns out, praise has its own Golden Ratio.  Hint:  it’s not Phi.  Tune in to find out what it is!
