Speaker 1 (00:02):
I hear that you are a crazy katy best.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
I love cats cat as cat Two Girls, Three Cats.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Congratulations begun your transformation into crazy Catley.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
This is Two Girls, Three Cats. My name is Sammy
and my name's Jenna. That was very voiceover it.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
I know it was, but I quite liked it.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Did you like it? Do you think I could be
a voiceover absolutely of a cartoon cat?

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Yes? That was such convince, very passionate about this. I
do believe that you can be a cartoon cat.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Now, who did we run into in the office the
other week?

Speaker 1 (00:39):
We ran into a very big a voiceover artist.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
He actually works for the station that I work for
and that your husband works for.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
His name's Jamie Green.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
And he has agreed to come on and have a
bit of fun.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
So he's a voiceover so he might be able to
get me in as a cartoon cat. Yeah, definitely, both
of us in. Oh my god, we're a team.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
I didn't even think of that. Why, Jamie, we need
to get in on this voice over at specifically cat cartoons.
Very very niche market, I know, but I mean still,
I'm not going for any lists.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
If anybody would have contacts. It would be Jamie. Let's
get Jamie on next week.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
Yes he has cats, right, yes, yes.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
He does, and he has a history of owning cats.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
You know, what it's great about cat people is when
they're talking to someone else, particularly, Jamie was talking to
my husband about why is my husband constantly in this podcast?
I know, I was listening back to it. I'm like, Okay,
it gets enough attention, like this is my thing.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
I know, and he's incredibly annoying, like he just needs
to go.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Just like just for what, just for like half an
hour a week, just anyway, just leave us alone, but
just leave us alone. But Jamie was talking to my
husband Phil, oh god, and then was talking about his
cat and feels like, okay, you need to talk to
General and Sam next thing. You know, cat people are

(02:04):
really into cats.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
They really are. And it's so good because I feel
like it stems down to people mainly being identifying as
dog people, you know, and like, for instance, I was
talking to one of Jointing Amanda's new producers and I
said that I do a cat podcast and his initial
reaction was, oh, I don't like cats, And I feel
like you get that reaction a lot from people.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Wow, I know he doesn't and he's just like, straight
out I just don't like cats.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Yeah, and I said, whatever, listen to the podcast, so
he will be so shout out to Tie.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Yeah, great high Tie a cat. But like, I'm so
happy that you're you know, they're not liking cats, I know,
just not like cats.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
But I feel like the people who don't like cats
have never actually experienced owning a cat or looking after
a cat.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
A good cat, Yes, like a cat that loves you exactly.
I've got a question for you before we got into
the topic of what we're talking about today. Yes, I
have a it just popped into my mind. My girls,
especially Blossom, really loves it when you stroke just by
the nose.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
In the middle, in the middle, right above the nose.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Yeah, Connie loves that, loves it. I love doing that too,
Like I do it every morning. Yeah, and I know
she kind of goes into a trance when I do it. Yes,
it's like so hypnotic.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
They almost close their eyes. Yes, So when Blossom lies
with me, she and I'll like rub my face on
the top of her head or I'll be stroking her.
If I stop she pushes her head up, like, come on.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Oh, that's so cute.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
She loves it.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
It's funny because my old rabbit, Penny, she was the same,
that was her favorite spot to be pet as well.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Yeah, and you.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Know, and so with Connie, for instance, if she's in
a crazy mood, I'll just start rubbing there and she
kind of settles down and she's just like, oh, yes,
that feels good. It's nice.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Yes, blue Beelt kind of likes as well, but not
to the level that Blossom like, not as much. But
the other thing as well, that Blossom is a very
much a head button cat. Oh yeah, you've put your
hand there.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
She's like, oh yeah, head but I love head butting cat, yes, whereas.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
Blue Bell is like, no, I'm playing it cool.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
Yeah. I respect that. I respect that, totally respect that.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
She's too cool. Yeah. Yeah. My friend came over yesterday, Laura, yes,
very briefly, and it was her birthday, and I said,
why don't you pop up and see the girls. She
popped up and Blossom. She met Blossom once before. Blossom
was of course just like we're best friends now. Blue Bell,
who she's cat sat for. Yeah, the past lay in
the distance just watching, just taking it all in.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
I kind of love that. I just get that from her,
like she's just whatever.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Yeah, I'm just like I'm gonna watch and if you
have treats, yeah, what's in it for me? Otherwise I
just watch?

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Yeah, just let me know that, Like, I don't want
to be involved in this, so like I'm too cool.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
This is what you need to be the voiceover for
a cat, because that sounded like what a cat would say.
Do you ever see a cartoon and you think that
voice does not match that character and it makes me
so mad?

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (05:03):
I have, especially with cats.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Yeah, yeah, so many. I can't name any particular ones,
but especially the bad cats.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Yes, like cats and dogs, Yes, yes, cats and dogs.
That's not his voice, no, no, no, no, no, he
needs to have more The voice needs to have more
of an edge.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
I agree, Yeah, I agree, But I do feel like
an appropriate voice for a cat is that cat in
Stuart Little.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
I've never seen it, Oh my god, Sam, for goodness sake,
to watch it.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
You have to watch Stuart Little. Okay, the cat in
Stewart Little, I forget it to name, but it's iconic.
I have to look it up. Sorry, one second Okay,
it's very important. Snow bell, snow belt. Just the voice
just suits snow belt so well, because it's nothing like
a snowbelt.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Are you cozy?

Speaker 1 (05:56):
Yes, thanks, I'm quite comfortable.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Oh I've got to sleep as a rag at the corner?
Your little rat? Can I sketch yours? I can run?

Speaker 1 (06:04):
You tell me?

Speaker 2 (06:04):
I acould you like to rub it from the inside? Mouse? Boy,
I'm a cat, you're a mouse. You should be living
in a hole. Can't believe this, I'm arguing with Lunch.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
I got.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
What a great voice.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
I know. It's just the total opposite of what you
would expect from a white cat named Snowball.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Yes, total opposite.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Yeah, that is why I love it so much. But yeah,
I think Snowball is one of my favorite animated cats.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
I do like the cat from Cats and Dogs, that
main character cat. Yeah, he looked exactly like my old cat, Standley.
I've got photos of them like together, like on the
screen obviously and then standing next to the screen. But yeah,
there's some We should do a top ten.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
Cats, Yes, we should.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
In fact, let's get Jamie on next week. Okay, let's
do the top cats in movies.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Yeah, let's do it.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
If you have any suggestions what do they do?

Speaker 1 (06:55):
Just head to Two Girls, Three Cats podcast on socials
and leave us a message your comment and we'll include
it in the list.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
