This past week, Texas Governor Greg Abbott, pardoned Daniel Perry of his murder conviction. A conviction many protested was wrong and that he had acted in self defense. Daniel Penny is also facing charges in what many also claim was an act of self defense. What is going on? Are these people good samaritans or are they truly guilty?
