John Ennis, the trainer of Epic Ride just happened to marry a Southern Belle from Washington County - Erin Goode! That would be the daughter of everybody's favorite Hal B. Goode. Now, when you're talking connections, how about the famous Marilyn Smith (Hal's beautiful wife), Ms. Norma Goode (The Queen of East Texas, Ky and mom of Hal B.) and Jo Smith (mom of Marilyn and grandmother of Erin)a of the famous Beantown!
