Disappointment- we all experience it. Sometimes, it's heartbreaking. How do we cope with it? In this episode, I provide some practical recommendations by challenging us to examine three important areas of our lives: our expectations, our gratitude, and our knowledge of God.

“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8-9)
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” (Revelation 21:4)
