除外，他亦是唐宴King Dynasty Restaurant的集團品酒師，和金唐酒家Golden Century Grp顧問品酒師，及古越龍山 Gu Yu Long Shan的品牌代言人，奔富酒莊Penfolds Wines (TWE)的商業夥伴，天鵝酒莊Swan Wine Group的葡萄酒顧問教師，皇馬酒莊King Horse Wine的苜席葡萄酒總監。
Jacinda畢業於新南威爾士大學商學碩士，獲葡萄酒與烈酒教育基金——葡萄酒烈酒中級認證，亦是澳洲華人餐飲業商會會員，擔任In2vine 美食設計和活動總監一職。
