On March 21, 2022 in an instant, my life was changed forever. My 20 year old nephew Justice passed away while at college from complications with juvenile diabetes. The phraseGood Good is defined as an exclamation of irritation, frustration or surprise and while standing in the weeds of grief I wrestle with these feelings coupled with countless others and somedays I'm not sure who won what round but I keep fighting! On today's episode I'm holding hands and hearts with my soulsister Cynthia Allen as she shares her journey after the passing of her 19 year old son Zion.
