"Day 16 of the #Fearless30Challenge: I AM WORTH IT!! 💪
This goes for me and YOU!!!
Today, I am going to fearlessly reflect on the old beliefs I used to have, beliefs that may resonate with many of my friends and readers.Â
I used to believe I was unlovable and just not worth it.
Not worth to be in healthy relationships
Not worth having more than welfare cheese and processed food
Not worth becoming a leader
Not worth having a LIFE BEYOND MY WILDEST DREAMS!.
 It was a deeply ingrained belief that held me back from realizing my true potential although I didn’t learn I felt this way until I found recovery.
My subconscious theory was that if my own biological father didn’t love me enough to be present and parent, how could anyone else love me and see my value.
I now have the understanding that he was a product of addiction too and he just didn’t know better.
But as I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and growth, my perspective shifted. I now firmly believe I AM WORTH IT! This new belief has allowed me to dream bigger, take care of myself, and empowered me to reach for the extraordinary.
I understand that many people impacted by addiction may also hold similar limiting beliefs.
That's why I am passionate about guiding them towards a transformation in their thinking.
I believe that everyone needs a chance and everyone is WORTH taking a chance on. Through my expertise, support, and proven strategies, I help my listeners and tribe of people challenge and overcome these old beliefs.
Together, we create a new narrative that empowers us to embrace our value, our potential and achieve ANY FUCK#’G THING WE DESIRE!!! Â
It's time to break free from the shackles of old beliefs and step into a world of limitless possibilities.
