So technically nobody picked this episode, although Hannah compiled this list so we are going to give her credit, or is that blame? I guess it depends on which 3CG-er you side with. Even though much to Garrett’s dismay, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation didn’t make the cut this month, we manage to lampoon this “National Treasure” or at least some of us do.
Add another Michael Curtiz flick to the pod, the first being Casablanca, with this 1954 musical starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney and Vera-Ellen. Did we say musical? Sorry Matt! At least this one is in color, which is about the only color White Christmas offers.
We are going to warn you now this show was recorded post-holiday party, so it starts off the rails and stays there. There’s plenty of discussion about the movie, but there is an equal amount of bizarre rambling side banter that starts with the topic at hand but somehow never seems to make a point in the end.
Is the episode that Terry finally pushes the limit with his over the top outdated antics? Did Matt finally love a musical? Is Hannah the only one that did any research post viewing? What did Garrett do more, derail or steer the show back on track? You’ll have to listen to find out.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
