14-year-old social entrepreneur Ashley Nevison is committed to making a difference in her community for both people and animals. As founder and CEO of her own non-profit, Sargeant’s Army, she provides hope throughout Arizona.
Ashely launched Sargeant’s Army in 2018 when she was just in the 8th-grade. Her non-profit focuses on offering hope to those in need, whether it’s through her homemade cat toys and blankets (made from discarded scraps from her mom’s sewing projects) for foster cats and kittens who are waiting to be adopted, socks and hygiene filled bags for the homeless or masks for hospital personnel and essential workers.
Tune in and listen to our conversation and learn what motivates Ashely to give back in such a big way!
