我平时经常买袋装的冷冻蔬菜和水果。有些蔬菜不需要解冻，放进微波炉加热四五分钟就能吃。先不说口感，方便是真方便。我也常买冷冻草莓、蓝莓，吃起来冰凉爽口。
很多冷冻果蔬采摘后不久就快速冷冻，能很好地保留营养。有的甚至比放了好几天的新鲜蔬菜、水果更有营养。
不过，我在中国的时候，印象里几乎没吃过冷冻蔬菜和水果。中国人似乎对新鲜食材有一种特别的偏爱。
中国人买菜讲究一个“鲜”字。蔬菜最好是当天采摘的，鱼虾最好是刚打上来的，肉也最好是当天宰杀的。我家人买海鲜就基本只买活的，觉得冷冻过的口...
