comfortably in your bed, allowing your body to be fully
supported and relaxed. Take 3 slow breaths, feeling

Imagine a soft blue night sky appearing above you, filled with
twinkling stars and gentle moonlight.

Feel a wave of deep relaxation flowing from the crown of your
head, slowly moving downward, melting any tension in your
face, neck and shoulders. With each breath, this soothing

wave continues down through yourbody, releasing tightness in
your chest, back, arms and hands.

As your breath becomes slower and deeper, silently known, my
body is relaxing, my mind is quieting, and I am safe to drift
and to sleep. Let this calming wave continue

down through your leg to your feet, taking all remaining
tension with it. Your body grows heavier and more

comfortable with each breath, naturally preparing for rest.

Feel yourself supported completely, drifting in peaceful
stillness, like floating on gentle water under the stars.

We'll now enter into a quiet period.
Allow yourself to drift towards sleep, knowing it's perfectly
fine if you fall asleep before our time ends.
