Welcome dear friends. Let's begin today's practice by
finding a comfortable position and allowing yourself to settle.
Let's gently start with three deep breaths to center

ourselves. Breathe in through your nose and
exhale fully through your mouth.Continue for two more breaths.

Imagine the Earth beneath you, supporting your body weight.
Feel this ancient connection between your form and our
planet. See yourself surrounded by the

vibrant energy of nature, the green forests, the blue oceans,
and the golden light of sunshine.
This energy flows between you and Earth, reminding you of your
place in this web of life. With each breath, feel yourself

becoming more attuned to Earth'srhythm, more aware of your role
as both caretaker and child of this planet.

Silently affirm to yourself, I am a guardian of the Earth.
My actions matter to this planetand I choose to live with
awareness and care. If concerns about environmental

challenges arise, simply observethem as care for our shared
home. Notice how these concerns can
motivate mindful action rather than despair.

Know that you are not separate from Earth, but an integral part
of its living systems. Rest in this connected state,

understanding that your relationship with Earth is
reciprocal. As you nurture it, it nurtures
you. We'll now enter into 3 minutes
