to be fully supported. Take 3 slow, deep breaths,
feeling yourself melting into the peaceful surrender of
twilight. Imagine yourself facing West,

watching as the sun begins its gentle descent, painting the sky
with magnificent golds, oranges,purples and pinks.

Feel the day's final light touching your face, a reminder
that endings can be as beautifulas beginnings, worthy of our
full presence and appreciation. With each breath, this sunset

energy invites you to release the day with gratitude, honoring
what was accomplished, forgivingwhat wasn't, and finding peace
with it all. As your breath deepens, silently

affirm, I honor the closing of this day.
I release what has passed and I find beauty in completion.
