Let's find a comfortable position and gently close your
eyes. Take a deep breath in and exhale

slowly. Focus on your breath.

With each inhale, draw in security, and with each exhale
release fear. Visualize yourself standing

beside a sturdy ancient tree, representing your inner strength
and stability. Imagine roots growing from your

feet deep into the earth below you, grounding you in your own
self worth. Repeat silently to yourself.

I am secure within myself. My worth is not dependent on
others and I am whole and complete.

Recall a moment when you felt confident and secure, either
alone or with someone. Let that feeling of inner peace
and self assurance expand withinyou.

If anxious thoughts about relationships arise, see them as
leaves falling from the tree, carried away by a gentle breeze
and replaced by a deep sense of self trust.

Envision yourself moving throughlife with an unshakable core of
self love, nurturing relationships from a place of
security rather than fear. As we come to the end of this

meditation, slowly deepen your breath and when you're ready,
