finding a comfortable position and allowing yourself to settle.
Let's gently start with three deep breaths to center

fully release through your mouth.
Continue for two more breaths. Imagine a small, serene blue

flame at the center of your chest.
This flame represents your innercalm, always present even when
quiet. See this gentle flame growing

Tranquility lives within me. I can access this peace at any
moment. If thoughts or sensations of
