(00:06):
Thank you for choosing this timefor yourself.
Today I invite you to find a comfortable position where you
can feel supported and at ease. Let's start by taking a few
deep, conscious breaths together.

(00:28):
When you are ready, take a deep breath in through your nose and
exhale slowly through your mouth.

(00:58):
I want you to imagine yourself standing on the shore of a vast
ocean. The waves coming to shore
represent the sensations of withdrawal moving through your
body. Visualize each wave, whether it

(01:52):
symbolizes discomfort, craving, or emotional intensity,
approaching, rising, and then naturally receding back into the
ocean. With each breath, feel yourself

(02:55):
becoming more stable, like the steady earth beneath you.
While the waves may be powerful, you remain grounded, watching
them come and go without being swept away.

(03:52):
Allow these words to resonate within.
This too shall pass. My discomfort is temporary.
With each moment I am healing and growing stronger.

(04:58):
If intense sensations or cravings begin to arise, don't
judge. Simply observe them as waves of
experience. Notice their qualities, their
intensity, shape and movement, knowing that like all waves,

(05:19):
they will eventually subside. Experience yourself as more than

(06:05):
these temporary sensations. You are the conscious awareness
observing this process, the steady shore that remains after
each wave has gone. Rest in the space of patient

(07:10):
endurance, knowing that each wave you mindfully observe
brings you closer to healing andfreedom.

(08:05):
We'll now enter into 3 minutes of silent practice.
Let your breath be your gentle guide.

(09:20):
Yeah. Yeah.

(10:20):
Yeah. Yeah.

(12:17):
Slowly bring your attention backto the present moment.
Feel the strength and resiliencethat grows within you with each
passing wave. May you always remember this
ocean shore whenever withdrawal sensations arise.

(12:40):
Thank you for joining me in today's practice.
Namaste.
