together. Welcome dear friends.
Let's begin to settle comfortably, allowing your body

to be fully supported. Take 3 slow, deep breaths,
feeling yourself becoming more present with each exhale.

Imagine a small warm light beginning to glow at the center
of your chest. This is your inherent worth that
has always been there. Feel this light gradually

expanding, sending gentle warmthto areas within you that have
felt unworthy or not enough. With each breath, this nurturing

(03:34):
light grows stronger, illuminating your unique
qualities, your kindness, strength, and all that makes you
inherently valuable. As your breath deepens, silently

affirm I am worthy exactly as I am.
My worth is not earned, it simply is, and I honor my unique
journey. If any self critical thoughts

arise, allow them to be gently illuminated by this light,
transforming judgment into understanding.

You are not your doubts or past mistakes.
You are this awareness complete,worthy and whole.

Rest in this space of self worth, knowing that like the
sun, your value never diminishes, even when
temporarily obscured by clouds. We'll now enter into a quiet

period. Continue to bathe in this light
of self acceptance. Yeah.

Yeah. Slowly bring your awareness back

to the present moment. Notice how differently you feel
when connected to your inherent birth.
