Hey everyone, I'm Michelle, yourmeditation guide.
I'm so grateful for your continued support and all the
wonderful meditation requests you've been sharing.
Please keep them coming, they inspire me and help others who
might need similar guidance. Your voice matters in this

(00:30):
community. Now let's begin today's practice
together. Welcome, dear friend.

(00:52):
Let's begin to settle comfortably, allowing your body
to be fully supported. Take 3 slow, deep breaths,
feeling the tension of recent conflict beginning to release

(01:15):
with each exhale. Imagine a gentle stream of cool

(01:47):
blue water flowing down from thetop of your head, washing away
heated emotion and bringing soothing calm to your mind and
heart. Feel this cooling stream

(02:45):
continuing down through your body, dissolving areas of
tightness in your chest, shoulders, and anywhere else
you're holding tension from the disagreement.

(03:45):
With each breath, this soothing energy helps createspace between
you and the difficult emotions, not to dismiss them, but to see
them with greater clarity and compassion.

(05:02):
As your breath deepens, silentlyaffirm.
I choose peace over proving my point.
This disagreement does not define our relationship.

(05:23):
I can hold my truth while still remaining open.

(06:16):
If thoughts about the conflict continue to arise, imagine
placing them gently in the stream, allowing them to be
carried away for now, creating space for healing.

(07:25):
You are not defined by this disagreement or the emotions it
stirred at your core. You remain connected to love,
even when it feels distant. Rest in this space of calm

(08:21):
restoration, knowing that cooling down after conflict
creates the possibility for understanding and reconciliation
within time is right. We'll now enter into a quiet

(09:32):
period. Continue to let the soothing
waters bring calm to your heart.Yeah.

(10:40):
Yeah. Yeah.

(12:10):
Yeah. Slowly bring your awareness back

(12:46):
to the present moment. Notice how differently you feel
with some emotional distance from the conflict.
Remember, you can return to thiscooling stream whenever heated

(13:06):
emotions arise. Thank you for this practice of
relational peace. Namaste.
