Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
Close your eyes gently and take 3 deep breaths, releasing any
tension with exhale. Feel the full moons presence

above you. Visualize her silver light
surrounding you like a gentle membrace.

Breathe in this moonlight. Imagine it flowing through the
crown of your head, filling yourentire body with luminous
hailing energy. The full moon invites us to let

go. Bring to mind what you're ready
to release. This could be old fears,
limiting beliefs, and anything that no longer serves you.

Visualize these as shadows in your body.
With each exhale, see the moon'slight dissolving these shadows,
transforming them into Stardust that flows away from you.

Breathe out, I release what no longer serves me.
Breathe in. I welcome what supports my
growth. Place your hands on your heart

in this space of clarity. Allow an intention to arise
naturally. What wants to emerge in your
life? Hold this intention.

Gently visualize the moon's light, sealing it into your
heart, creating a seed of possibility that will continue
growing. Now we'll sit together for three

connected to the moon's energy and your intention.
