Let's begin to settle comfortably, allowing your body
to be fully supported. Take 3 slow, deep breaths,
feeling yourself becoming more grounded with each exhale.

Imagine yourself standing firmlyon solid ground, feet rooted
like a mighty tree that can withstand any storm.

Feel a protective shield of light forming around you, not to
block connection, but to maintain your boundaries and
sense of safety during challenging interaction.

With each breath, this shield strengthens while your heart
remains open. This balance allows you to stay
present during confrontation without becoming defensive or
overwhelmed. As your breath studies, silently

affirm, I speak my truth with clarity and compassion.
I listen with an open mind. I remain grounded during
difficult conversations. If sensations of anxiety or

defensiveness arise, notice themwith awareness, allowing them to
move through you without controlling your responses.

You are this centered awareness,capable of navigating difficult
