yourself today. I invite you to find a
comfortable position where you can feel supported and at ease.

Let's start by taking a few deep, conscious breaths
together. When you are ready, take a deep
breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your
mouth. I want you to bring your

awareness to the center of your chest.
Feel the steady rhythm of your heart, the true source of
nourishment and fulfillment. Visualize a soft healing light

emanating from your heart center, gradually expanding to
surround your entire body in a protective field of self
compassion. With each breath, feel this

light dissolving any shame or judgement you may hold about
food choices or eating patterns?Notice how this energy brings a
sense of peace to your relationship with food.

Allow these words to resonate within.
I am learning to nourish myself with love.
I listen to my body's true needs.
I'm healing my relationship withfood.

If urges or cravings begin to arise, don't judge them.
Simply observe them with curiosity and compassion,
recognizing that they are temporary waves of feeling, not
commands you must follow. Experience yourself becoming

more attuned to your body's wisdom, able to distinguish
between physical and emotional hunger, responding to both with
loving awareness. Rest in the space of gentle

empowerment, knowing that with each mindful moment you are
creating a new, healthier relationship with food and with
