Welcome, dear friends. Let's begin today's practice by
finding a comfortable position and allowing yourself to settle.
Let's gently start with three deep breaths to center
ourselves. Breathe in through your nose and

release fully through your mouth.
Continue for two more breaths. Imagine a flame in your chest

representing your anger. Begin to notice its qualities
without judgment. Notice this flame becoming

surrounded by a cool blue light.This light transforms the fires
energy without extinguishing it.With each breath, feel this

fiery energy changing, becoming strength and clarity rather than
destruction. Silently affirm to yourself.

I acknowledge my anger without being controlled by it.
This energy can be transformed. I choose how to channel my
power. If rage intensifies, simply

observe it as energy moving through your body.
Notice its location and how it shifts with every breath.

Know that you are not your anger, but the awareness holding
this energy. Rest in this transformed state,

understanding that anger can be a messenger when mindfully
