Gentle greetings everyone, thankyou for choosing this time for
yourself. Today, I invite you to find a
comfortable position where you can feel supported and at ease.
Let's start by taking a few deep, conscious breaths

breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your
mouth. I want you to imagine yourself

standing in a peaceful Meadow with gentle space all around
you. This space represents the
freedom that exists between urgeand action.

Visualize any compulsive urges as clouds passing through this
Meadow. Notice how they appear, change
shape, and eventually drift awaywithout you having to do a
single thing. With each breath, feel the

spaciousness growing within you,the pause between stimulus and
response, where your freedom lives.
Feel the space expanding with each and nail.

(03:54):
Allow these words to resonate within.
I am not my urges. I have the power to pause in
this space. I choose my response with
clarity. If strong, compulsive thoughts

begin to arise, don't judge. Simply observe them as visitors
passing through your Meadow. They may visit, but they don't
have to stay or direct your actions.

Experience yourself standing firmly yet gently in your
Meadow, watching urges come and go like weather patterns while
you remain grounded. Rest in the space of empowered

choice, knowing that each time you practice this pause, you
strengthen your ability to respond rather than react.

We'll now enter into 3 minutes of silent practice.
Let your breath be your gentle guide.
