finding a comfortable position and allowing yourself to settle.
Let's gently start with three deep breaths to center

exhale fully through your mouth.Continue for two more breaths.

Imagine a perfect circle of energy forming at your center,
divided into flowing black and white halves, the ancient symbol
of yin and yay. See this circle gently rotating.

The dark yin energy representingreceptivity, rest, and
intuition. The bright Yang energy embodying
action, expression, and clarity.With each breath, feel these

complementary energies harmonizing within you, creating
perfect balance where neither dominates but both support each
other. Silently affirm to yourself.

I honor both the yin and Yang within me.
I embrace both action and rest, and I find strength and balance.

too much into one energy, simplyobserve this tendency without
judgement, allowing the circle to restore its natural harmony.

Know that you contain all dualities, the quiet and
expressive, the receptive and assertive, the intuitive and
