Focusing on what's holding you back is more important than focusing on what you "enjoy" doing. Growth is not about doing what's fun - it's about doing what's required. 

The size of your funnel is more important than the amount of whatever is being poured in at the top. 

"Your constraints will determine your scale." (Your weaknesses hinder your strengths more than your strengths compensate for your weaknesses.)
